Vegan beer cheese dip is full of flavor and prepared incredibly quickly. This dip is traditionally served with classic pretzels or small pretzel bites. This dip is perfect if you are planning a birthday buffet or a party at football games (game day). A cheesy beer cheese dip based on cashew nuts is ultra creamy and full of taste like the original.

Pretzel Bite dipping in some vegan nacho cheese dip

I really like pretzels and like to dip them in hummus, obatzder (German Cheese Dip) or in this beer cheese dip. I am always happy when a recipe works well like this dip.

It isn’t just for buffets or when you expect guests. This dip is also perfect as a snack or if you fancy something cheesy. Prepare the dip in large quantities and freeze a portion, reheat it briefly when you want to serve it.

Hi! I plan on making this for my Game Night party next week but I noticed you didn't include a serving size and how many cups of Beer Cheese this recipe produces. Can you please let me know? I am having 12-15 people at my party and want to make sure this I have enough to go around to everyone.
