How to make a vegan mediterranean Burger?

Everyone knows the ordinary burger, don't you? The classic hamburger or cheeseburger without many bells and whistles. So why not try something new? This vegan Black Bean burger with Mediterranean vegetables and refreshing lemon-basil hummus harmonize perfectly and fit perfectly into the summer season. Which extraordinary variant have you tried and you liked right away? Let me read it below in the comments, I'm really looking forward to it.

How do I make a oil-free vegan mediterranean burger?

A burger does not have to drip with oil. With this vegan Black Bean Burger, I'll show you that there is another way.
Here you can roast the patties in a non-stick pan or simply bake in the oven. Likewise, you handle the fried Mediterranean vegetables. I take the chickpea water (Aquafaba) and use it to coat the zucchini, eggplant and then season it with Mediterranean herbs like rosemary, thyme, sage, oregano. Then I put it in the oven.
