Ingredients

  • 4 burger buns (whole wheat)
  • 1 x Black Bean Patty Recipe (link)
  • 1/2 zucchini
  • 1/2 eggplant
  • 1 red paprika
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary and thyme
  • 2 tablespoons of oregano
  • salt and pepper

Lemon Basil - Hummus

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1/2 amount of chickpea water
  • 1 lemon, the juice of it
  • 1 bunch of basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Prepare the patties according to this recipe.
  2. Cut the vegetables down and place them on a baking sheet and sprinkle with the spices and herbs.
  3. Bake the vegetables until soft at 350 F / 180 C.

Hummus:

  1. Put all ingredients in a Food Processor and mix until a creamy consistency is achieved. Taste with salt and pepper.
