You got two options, you can blend the seasoning to get like a powder, or you can leave it as it is and just mix the ingredients. I love to blend it just really quickly to have some smaller pieces and some larger.
Just take all the ingredients and mix them in a large mixing bowl. The bowl should be big enough to stir the ingredients well. Add some of it to a grinder like a coffee grinder and grind it for a few seconds. Add it to the bowl and mix it. Now put it in a spice jar.

Hint: I got some glass spice jars where I can label the lid to have easy access to the spices and seasonings I need. I store mine in a drawer.
You can also use some old empty spice jars you got from buying spices.
Substitutions
You can always substitute some ingredients to make it more like your taste. Likewise, you want to get a beautiful salad. You can also add more or less from one ingredient.
If you want to add less salt, you can always add some dried lemon peel. It adds nice acid to the seasoning, and you can make it even more low sodium than it already is.
Variations
You can always add other ingredients to get a twist.
- Spicy: Add some Chili to it.
- Refreshing: Add some lemon or lime peel to get a lemony taste.

As I mentioned above, you will need a small blender or coffee/ spice grinder. I love my little coffee grinder that I only use for my spices and seasonings.
