Ingredients

  • cup 95 g raw cashews
  • 3 tablespoon plant based unsweetened yogurt
  • ¾ cup 175ml VEGGIE BROTH
  • 2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley 3 teaspoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 0.25-0.5 teaspoon dried dill (2 teaspoon fresh dill finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried chives 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped

Instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients except yogurt and herbs to the blender and blend until very creamy.
  • Add the herbs and pulse until well combined.
  • Pour the cream in a bowl and add the yogurt. Stir until well combined.
  • Season with Black Pepper and Sea Salt to your own taste!
