Vegan Eggnog

Vegan eggnog as a classic cannot be missing at Christmas, New Year's Eve, Easter or other festivities as a dessert or gift. You can also prepare the eggnog alcohol-free.

Ingredients

  • 12.3 oz 350 g coconut cream (solid part from the coconut milk) or store bought vegan whipped cream
  • 6 tablespoons Auquafaba
  • 4 pinches turmeric
  • 1 cup + 1.5 tablespoons 125 g powdered sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoon 8 g vanilla sugar
  • 0.33 cups + 2.5 teaspoon 100 ml rum / water for non-alcoholic option

Instructions

  • Whisk Aquafaba with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar with a hand mixer or a stand mixer until creamy.
  • Beat the coconut cream in another bowl, stiff.
  • Now mix Aquafaba, coconut cream and rum (water) together. Voilà your vegan eggnog is ready. Put it in bottles and let it in the fridge until served
