2cupsof flourwhole wheat, spelt or gluten-free flour mix
200ghazelnut flour or others
1cupcoconut sugar or other sugar alternative
4teaspoonsbaking powder
2tablespoonspotato starch

½cupalmond butter or other
1.5cupsparkling water without flavor
1teaspoonapple cider vinegar
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (350° F) and lay out the springform pan with baking paper or grease it slightly.
