Ingredients

  • 150 g cashews or other nuts seeds (hemp seeds, sunflower seeds)
  • 1 tablespoon of yeast flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt garlic, onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon light miso paste and lemon juice opt makes the parmesan stickier

Instructions

  • Grind the nuts or other seeds in the high-performance mixer or food processor or use already ground nuts.
