oil free Tahini Dressing

This easy, oil-free vegan tahini dressing is the perfect addition to your next dinner party. It only takes 5 minutes and can be used as a dip or on salads - you'll never want anything else!

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon tahini
  • cup 80 ml of water or veggie broth
  • 4 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • Lemon juice of one lemon
  • 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove of garlic pressed
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper white
  • Season with pink or sea salt and black pepper white pepper

Instructions

  • Put the tahini, water, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic clove, ¼ teaspoon white pepper in a high speed mixer and mix until the dressing is super creamy.
  • Season with a little sea salt and white pepper to your own taste.
