Ingredients

  • 4 Carrots
  • 1 Onions
  • 2 Celery or Celeriac
  • 2 Garlic
  • 1 Leeks
  • Handful Mushrooms
  • ¼ cup Parsley
  • cup dried tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 3 tablespoon Lovage optional
  • 2 tablespoon Himalayan Salt optional
  • ¼ cup Nutritional Yeast optional

Instructions

  • You take a food processor and chop everything super fine that you get almost a paste. In the preheated oven at 176 Fahrenheit (80C), you will dry the vegetable paste for a couple of hours until it is super dry.
  • Add the dried vegetables to the blender along with the nutritional yeast and dried herbs. Blend until you get a fine powder.

Soup Mix Solution: 1 cup hot water with 1 teaspoon homemade vegetable bouillon powder.

    You notice the veggies are dry when you rub it between your fingers and the veggies are crumbling into powder. If you use dried herbs, then you can add these to the dried vegetables.
