Total Time 35 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 pack pasta (whole grain or gluten-free)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp oil or water
  • 2 small cans of diced tomatoes
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1.5 l vegetable stock
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons taco spice
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can corn
  • 3 tablespoons vegan Parmesan (opt.)

Instructions

  1. Fry the diced onion in a little oil or water.
  2. Add the cutted paprika. And fry for a short time. Now add the pasta, tomatoes and vegetable broth. And let cook until the pasta is almost completely done.
  3. Now add the remaining ingredients. Let it boil until the noodles are soft.
  4. We like to eat a green salad with it.
