Dieses Salatdressing ist zur Zeit eines meiner Lieblingsdressinge und schmeckt einfach himmlisch gut.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Normalerweise enthaltet ein Caesar Dressing Sardellen. Auch wenn das Dressing super schmeckt, das hat mich fr\u00fcher schon immer etwas abgehalten, einen Caesar Salat zu essen.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ich musste mich unbedingt auf eine pflanzenbasierende Version des Caesar Salates versuchen und ich muss sagen, diese Version schmeckt wirklich sehr gut. Dazu einfach die Cashews in hei\u00dfem Wasser f\u00fcr ca. 30 min einweichen.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In der Zwischenzeit kannst du den Salat putzen und kleinschneiden. Die Kichererbsen trocknen und in den Backofen f\u00fcr ca. 30 min bei 200\u00b0C geben. Danach die Kichererben mit Knoblauch, Salz und Aquafaba vermengen und dann nochmal f\u00fcr ca. 10 min backen, bis diese knusprig sind.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">F\u00fcr das Dressing die Cashews absieben und absp\u00fclen und&nbsp; in einen Hochleistungsmixer mit den anderen Zutaten f\u00fcr das Dressing geben. Dazu die Sonnenblumenkerne genau wie die Cashews einweichen und dann cremig mixen. Die Sonnenblumenkerne brauchen etwas l\u00e4nger wie die Cashews, werden aber auch sch\u00f6n cremig. Nehme dazu rohe Sonnenblumenkerne, die nicht gesalzen oder ger\u00f6stet sind.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ist das Caesar Dressing glutenfrei?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das Caesar Dressing ist ganz einfach in glutenfrei zuzubereiten. Bereite die Salatso\u00dfe im Voraus zu. Und die Kichererbsen kannst du auch schon vorher r\u00f6sten. Und dann einfach kurz vor dem Servieren zusammenstellen und vermengen.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wie l\u00e4nge h\u00e4lt sich das vegane Caesar Salat Dressing?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Im K\u00fchlschrank h\u00e4lt sich das Dressing ca. 1 Woche. Du kannst das Dressing auch portionsweise einfrieren z.B. in Eisw\u00fcrfelbeh\u00e4lter oder auch in kleinen Einmachgl\u00e4sern.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wie du das vegane Caesar Dressing servieren kannst<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mariniere damit Tofu: Dazu einfach den Tofu auspressen und \u00fcbernacht in dem Salatdressing marinieren<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nehme das Caesar Dressing und w\u00fcrze damit Gem\u00fcse und Kartoffeln, die du im Backofen r\u00f6sten m\u00f6chtest.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bereite es mit etwas weniger Fl\u00fcssigkeit zu und serviere es als Dip zu anderem Gem\u00fcse oder Crackers<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nutze es as Dressing f\u00fcr z.B.
