Und lasse sie etwas abk\u00fchlen. Das Gem\u00fcse schneiden und in eine gro\u00dfe Sch\u00fcssel geben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bereite nun das Dressing vor. Alle Zutaten in einen Hochleistungsmixer geben und mixen, bis ein cremiges Dressing ohne St\u00fcckchen entsteht. Nach eigenem Geschmack w\u00fcrzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun die leicht abgek\u00fchlten gekochten Nudeln zum Gem\u00fcse geben und alles mit dem Dressing vermischen. Verwende stattdessen etwas Cashewn\u00fcsse oder Sonnenblumenkerne.
