Wenn du einen M\u00fcrbeteig zubereitest, verknete kurz alle Zutaten zu einem br\u00f6seligen M\u00fcrbeteig. Stelle den Teig kalt, so lange wie du die restlichen Zutaten vorbereitest. Und weiche die Cashews f\u00fcr ca. 10 min in hei\u00dfem Wasser ein.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Schneide die gesch\u00e4lte Zwiebel und den Knoblauch in feine W\u00fcrfel. Nun erhitze die Zwiebel in einer Pfanne auf mittlerer Hitze und gebe immer mal wieder etwas Wasser hinzu. D\u00fcnste die Zwiebel bis sie glasig sind an. Gebe nun den Knoblauch hinzu und d\u00fcnste diesen kurz mit. F\u00fcr ca. 1 Minute. Nun l\u00f6sche die Zwiebeln mit Wei\u00dfwein ab.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nehme die abgetropften Cashews und die restlichen Zutaten bis auf die Zwiebel und den Knoblauch in einen Hochleistungsmixer und mixe bis diese cremig sind. Schmecke mit Schnittlauch, Salz, Pfeffer, Muskat und Cayenne Pfeffer ab.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gebe die So\u00dfe zu den Zwiebeln und lasse sie kurz unter R\u00fchren aufkochen.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wasche den Spargel und schneide holzige Enden ab. K\u00fcrze sie so, dass sie sp\u00e4ter in deine Form passen.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00fcnste den Spargel f\u00fcr ca. 5 Minuten in einer beschichten Pfanne an. So entfaltet der Spargel seinen vollen Geschmack.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nun gebe den M\u00fcrbeteig oder Bl\u00e4tterteig in die Tarteform und backe f\u00fcr 10 min bei 180 \u00b0C&nbsp; vor.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">R\u00f6ste die Pinienkerne in einer Pfanne ohne \u00d6l kurz an.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jetzt gebe eine Schicht Spargel auf die Tart. Dazu kannst du abgeschnittenen Enden, die du zum Anpassen der Spargelstangen abgeschnitten hast, verwenden.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nun gie\u00dfe die Creme dar\u00fcber und lege die Spargelst\u00fccke darauf. Je nach Form kreisf\u00f6rmig oder in einer Reihe. Verteile die Pinienkerne darauf.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Backe die Tarte f\u00fcr ca. 20 min im Backofen. Andernfalls kann es sein, dass die Creme k\u00f6rnig wird.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wenn du gefrorenen Bl\u00e4tterteig verwendest, taue diesen erst einmal auf.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der Spargel sollte noch bissfest sein und nicht zu weich.
