Und du wei\u00dft&nbsp; genau was du in den Teig packst.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Du kannst super schnell eine vegane Buttermilch mit veganer Milch und Zitronensaft herstellen.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stehst du auch so sehr auf flockiges Geb\u00e4ck wie Bl\u00e4tterteig? Dann solltest du diesen Biscuits unbedingt mal ausprobieren.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diese Biscuits werden traditionell zu herzhaften Gerichten gereicht, Biscuits und Gravy (Bratenso\u00dfe) ist ein klassisches Gericht. Oder du kannst sie aufschneiden und wie Br\u00f6tchen servieren.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ich muss sagen, ich habe noch nie eine nicht vegane Version von amerikanischen Biscuits probiert. Aber diese Biscuits waren perfekt. Sogar mein Sohn wollte diese Biscuits ohne alles essen, einfach so wie sie sind.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seit wir zu Hause zu 80 % whole food plant-based essen, versuche ich mich immer wieder traditionelle Gerichte in einer ges\u00fcnderen Version zu kreieren.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nicht-Amerikaner denken bei einem Biskuit eher an einen festen Keks, den man zum Nachmittagskaffee oder -tee isst. Oder einfach zwischen durch mal nascht. Amerikanische Biscuits \u00e4hneln den britischen Scones. Das Geb\u00e4ck ist eher flockiges Brot \/ Br\u00f6tchen ohne Hefe. Man isst diese Biscuits herzhaft oder s\u00fc\u00df. Messe das Cashewmus oder Mandelmus ab und lege es in den Gefrierschrank.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gebe nun in einen Messbecher den Zitronensaft oder Apfelessig. Und f\u00fcge nun die Mandelmilch hinzu bis du 240 ml erreichst. Nun mische es und lasse es kurz ruhen, so erh\u00e4ltst du vegane Buttermilch her. Stelle diese nun in den K\u00fchlschrank.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nehme eine R\u00fchrsch\u00fcssel und gebe das Mehl, gemahlene Mandeln, Backpulver, Natron, Salz hinzu und vermische es gut.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nun nehme einen Food Processor und gebe \u00be der Mischung hinein. Nehme das Cashewmus und gebe es st\u00fcckchenweise in den Food Processor. Nun lasse den Food Processor f\u00fcr ca. 30 Sekunden laufen. Gebe das restliche Mehl hinzu. Der&nbsp; Teig sollte br\u00f6selartig sein und verarbeite es nicht zu viel. Der Teig soll nicht wie ein Brotteig sein, sondern eher wie ein Streuselteig.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gebe den Teig wieder in die R\u00fchrsch\u00fcssel. Nehme die Buttermilch aus dem K\u00fchlschrank und hebe 2 EL der Buttermilch auf. Nun in der Mitte des Teiges eine Vertiefung dr\u00fccken und die Buttermilch und Ahornsirup hineinsch\u00fctten. Nun schnell und vorsichtig vermischen, bis die Buttermilch eingearbeitet ist, aber verarbeite es nicht zu viel. Denke daran, es soll kein Brotteig werden. Es muss br\u00f6ckelig sein.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nun best\u00e4ube eine saubere Arbeitsfl\u00e4che mit etwas Mehl und gebe den Teig darauf. Nun dr\u00fccke den Teig mit deinen H\u00e4nden vorsichtig in ein grobes Rechteck mit einer Dicke von ca. 4 cm. Nun falte den Teig in drittel wie bei einem Bl\u00e4tterteig. Nun rolle den Teig in ca. 2 cm dicke aus. Und falte den Teig wieder in drittel. Nun rolle den Teig 2,5 cm dick aus. F\u00fcr d\u00fcnnere Biscuits 1 cm.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nun schneide die Biscuits mit einem Runden Ausstecher mit einem Durchmesser von 6 cm aus. Dr\u00fccke die Biscuits heraus und nicht drehen.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nun lege die Biscuits auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegten Backblech und lege diese f\u00fcr weitere 10 min in den Gefrierschrank. Du kannst den Restteig vorsichtig nochmal ausrollen. Oder backst die Reste so wie sie sind aus. So hast du was zum Naschen.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nun nehme die Biscuits aus dem Gefrierschrank und bestreiche diese mit der aufgehobenen Buttermilch. Nun backe die Biscuits f\u00fcr ca. 16- 20 min. Nehme das Cashewmus und gebe es st\u00fcckchenweise in den Food Processor. Nun lasse den Food Processor f\u00fcr ca. 30 Sekunden laufen. Gebe das restliche Mehl hinzu. Der\u00a0 Teig sollte br\u00f6selartig sein und verarbeite es nicht zu viel. Der Teig soll nicht wie ein Brotteig sein, sondern eher wie ein Streuselteig.\u00a0<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-9444-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;margin-left: 20px;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Gebe den Teig wieder in die R\u00fchrsch\u00fcssel. Nehme die Buttermilch aus dem K\u00fchlschrank und hebe 2 EL der Buttermilch auf. Nun in der Mitte des Teiges eine Vertiefung dr\u00fccken und die Buttermilch und Ahornsirup hineinsch\u00fctten. Nun schnell und vorsichtig vermischen, bis die Buttermilch eingearbeitet ist, aber verarbeite es nicht zu viel. Denke daran, es soll kein Brotteig werden. Es muss br\u00f6ckelig sein.\u00a0<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-9444-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;margin-left: 20px;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Nun best\u00e4ube eine saubere Arbeitsfl\u00e4che mit etwas Mehl und gebe den Teig darauf. Nun dr\u00fccke den Teig mit deinen H\u00e4nden vorsichtig in ein grobes Rechteck mit einer Dicke von ca. 4 cm. Nun falte den Teig in drittel wie bei einem Bl\u00e4tterteig. Nun rolle den Teig in ca. 2 cm dicke aus. Und falte den Teig wieder in drittel. Nun rolle den Teig 2,5 cm dick aus. F\u00fcr d\u00fcnnere Biscuits 1 cm.\u00a0\u00a0<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-9444-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;margin-left: 20px;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Nun schneide die Biscuits mit einem Runden Ausstecher mit einem Durchmesser von 6 cm aus.
