Und heizen Sie den Backofen auf 160\u00b0C vor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In der Zwischenzeit die trockenen Zutaten wie Vollkornmehl, gemahlene Mandeln, Backpulver, Natron, Kartoffelst\u00e4rke abmessen und in einer Sch\u00fcssel vermengen. Ich benutze daf\u00fcr meine K\u00fcchenmaschine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nehme die gefrorenen Blaubeeren heraus und lasse sie auftauen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die abgetropften Aprikosen, Mandelbutter und Mandelmilch in einem Food Processor oder einem Hochleistungsmixer cremig und glatt r\u00fchren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alle restlichen Zutaten mit Ausnahme der Heidelbeeren zu den trockenen Zutaten geben und mischen, bis ein glatter Teig entsteht.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">R\u00fchre die Blaubeeren langsam von Hand ein.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bereite eine Gugelhupfform vor. Ich fette sie ein und mehle sie mit Semmelbr\u00f6seln oder Mehl, damit der Kuchen nach dem Backen leichter herauskommt. Den Teig in die Pfanne geben und 60 Minuten backen. Mache den Zahnstochertest, um festzustellen, ob der Kuchen durchgebacken ist.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lasse den Kuchen in der Form f\u00fcr etwa 30 Minuten abk\u00fchlen oder bis die Pfanne k\u00fchl genug ist, um sie zu ber\u00fchren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lassen Sie den Kuchen auf einem Rost vollst\u00e4ndig abk\u00fchlen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bereiten Sie die Glasur vor. Verwenden Sie Rohrohrzucker oder Kokosnusszucker und mischen Sie ihn mit etwas frischem Blaubeersaft und Vanilleextrakt. Du kannst auch frische Heidelbeeren verwenden. Das kannst du frei entscheiden. Mit beiden schmeckt der Kuchen unglaublich gut.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/sgfFObBO5kU\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wie bereite ich die Gugelhupfform vor, dass der Kuchen nicht h\u00e4ngen bleibt?&nbsp;<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ich muss sagen, mein Kuchen ist tats\u00e4chlich h\u00e4ngen geblieben. Ich wei\u00df nicht, ob du es auf den Fotos erkennst, aber ich habe versucht ihn zu retten. Und zwar hat es bei mir nicht daran gelegen, dass der Kuchen an der Form h\u00e4ngen geblieben ist. Der Kuchen war noch zu weich und ist dann einmal in der Mitte abgebrochen. Wichtig sind beim Herausl\u00f6sen des Kuchens zwei Punkte:&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fette den Kuchen mit etwas Kokos\u00f6l ein und das nur ganz leicht. Ich wei\u00df im Grunde ist der Kuchen dann nicht mehr \u00f6lfrei, aber bisher habe ich noch keine Alternative gefunden, was man bei einem Gugelhupf macht. Dann bestreue die Form mit Mehl oder auch Paniermehl, sodass der Kuchen nicht h\u00e4ngen bleibt.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Den Kuchen zur richtigen Zeit l\u00f6sen. Ich hatte meinen zu fr\u00fch gel\u00f6st. Achte darauf, dass der Boden der Kuchenform nur noch leicht warm ist und nicht mehr zu hei\u00df. Wenn die Form noch zu weich ist, ist der Kuchen noch zu weich und der Kuchen wird auseinander brechen. So war es bei mir. Ich hatte mal wieder keine Geduld und es musste alles schnell, schnell gehen. Lasse den Kuchen f\u00fcr mind. 30 min abk\u00fchlen und teste dann die Form wie hei\u00df sie noch ist.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wie bewahre ich den Kuchen am besten auf?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Am besten stelle den Blaubeerkuchen in einen Kuchenbeh\u00e4lter und stelle diesen in den K\u00fchlschrank. Dort h\u00e4lt sich der Kuchen ein paar Tage.
