Presse den Tofu und w\u00fcrfele ihn. Nun die Tofuw\u00fcrfel mit der Maisst\u00e4rke mischen und in einem Wok oder einer beschichteten Pfanne kurz kr\u00e4ftig anbraten. Brate jetzt die gehackte Schalotte und die gehackten Knoblauchzehen mit dem Tofu an. Du kannst auch festen Tofu verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Scharfe So\u00dfe: <\/strong>Verwende anstelle von scharfer So\u00dfe einige Chiliflocken.<\/li><li><strong>Sojasauce: <\/strong>Anstelle von normaler Sojasauce kannst du ganz einfach Tamari-Sauce oder Kokosnuss-Aminos verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Tamarinde<\/strong>: Du kannst entweder Tamarindensaft, <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3mtsBBF\" rel=\"sponsored nofollow\">Tamarindenpaste<\/a> oder sogar Misopaste verwenden. Manchmal verwende ich einfache Miso-Paste, die du in deinem \u00f6rtlichen Lebensmittelgesch\u00e4ft finden kannst. Vor allem, wenn du keine asiatischen M\u00e4rkte in der N\u00e4he hast.
