Jetzt backe den Blumenkohl f\u00fcr ca. 20 min bei 200 \u00b0C im Backofen.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In der Zwischenzeit kannst du die Zwiebelw\u00fcrfel und den gehackten Knoblauch in einer Pfanne and\u00fcnsten. Dazu gebe ich etwas Wasser in die Pfanne. Gebe die Kreuzk\u00fcmmelsamen dazu und den Ingwer und d\u00fcnste es kurz mit an.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nun gebe alle restlichen Zutaten in dazu und verr\u00fchre es kr\u00e4ftig.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lasse die So\u00dfe kurz aufkochen und schmecke nochmal kr\u00e4ftig ab.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ist der Blumenkohl fertig, gebe diesen in die Tikka Masala Sauce und koche f\u00fcr weitere 3-4 Minuten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">W\u00e4hrend du die Sauce und den Blumenkohl vorbereitest, kannst du Reis kochen und diesen mit der So\u00dfe servieren.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dazu essen wir gerne einen gemischten gr\u00fcnen Salat.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-9008 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/vegan-cauliflower-tikka-masala-1.jpg\" alt=\"Veganes Tikka Masala mit Blumenkohl und authentischen Gew\u00fcrzen. Dazu einfach kurz die Zwiebeln, Knoblauch in dem Slow Cooker and\u00fcnsten und die restlichen Zutaten zu einer cremigen So\u00dfe verr\u00fchren. Gebe die Blumenkohl R\u00f6schen hinzu und lasse diese in der So\u00dfe langsam garen.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kann ich Tikka Masala Sauce einfrieren?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lasse das Gericht vollst\u00e4ndig kochen und abk\u00fchlen. Stelle es in einen luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter, in Plastikbeutel mit Rei\u00dfverschluss oder in einfrierbare Beh\u00e4lter aus Glas. Friere&nbsp; nun die Sauce ein.
