Nun die Zwiebel- und Knoblauchw\u00fcrfel in einem ausreichend gro\u00dfen Topf bei mittlerer Hitze anschwitzen. Ich f\u00fcge immer einen Schluck Wasser hinzu. Jetzt die gesch\u00e4lten und gew\u00fcrfelten Kartoffeln und Karotten mit der Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche zu den Zwiebeln geben und bei mittlerer Hitze weich kochen.<br>Kartoffeln und Karotten mit einem P\u00fcrierstab oder Hochleistungsmixer cremig p\u00fcrieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dann die Cashewn\u00fcsse abtropfen lassen und mit 1 \u00bd Tassen Wasser, Hefeflocken, Misopaste, Zitronensaft, Knoblauchpulver, Zwiebelpulver, Paprikapulver, Senf in einem Hochleistungsmixer cremig mixen.<br>Die Cashew-Sahne zu den Kartoffeln geben und nochmals ordentlich abschmecken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcge nun die Brokkolir\u00f6schen hinzu und lasse sie kochen, bis sie weich, aber noch bissfest sind. Es dauert ungef\u00e4hr 10-15 Minuten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn die Suppe zu dick ist, etwas mehr Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche zugeben. Falls es zu fl\u00fcssig ist, noch etwas einkochen lassen. Oder f\u00fcge 1-2 Essl\u00f6ffel Tapiokast\u00e4rke hinzu. Achte darauf, dass keine Kl\u00fcmpchen vorhanden sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hinweis<\/strong>: Du kannst den Brokkoli-Stamm auch w\u00fcrfeln. Dann nimm einfach 400 ml Kokosmilch und 1 Essl\u00f6ffel Tapiokast\u00e4rke (Verdickungsmittel) und du bekommst eine super cremige, k\u00e4sige Brokkoli-K\u00e4sesuppe. Du kannst statt Kokosmilch auch eine gekaufte vegane Sahne zum Kochen verwenden. Auch pflanzliche Milch wie Mandelmilch funktioniert.
