Die Kichererbsen sollten zwischen 5 und 24 Stunden einweichen. Dieser Schritt ist super wichtig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Am n\u00e4chsten Tag:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Backofen auf 200 \u00b0C vorheizen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eingeweichte Kichererbsen und die restlichen Zutaten in eine K\u00fcchenmaschine geben und mischen, bis alles klein, aber mit ein paar St\u00fccken ist. Die Mischung in eine gro\u00dfe Sch\u00fcssel geben und ca. 45 min im K\u00fchlschrank ruhen lassen. Nun aus dem Teig kleine Falafelb\u00e4llchen formen, eventuell einen Eisl\u00f6ffel verwenden. Nun die Falafel auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech legen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Optional die Falafel mit Aquafaba bestreichen. (was du vielleicht von <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/klassischer-hummus\/\">hausgemachtem Hummus<\/a> \u00fcbrig hast).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt Falafel f\u00fcr 20 min backen. Die Falafel sollten nach 10 Minuten gewendet werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"wie-bereite-ich-knusprige-falafel-im-backofen-zu\">Wie bereite ich knusprige Falafel im Backofen zu?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn wir an Falafel denken, denken wir an weiche, saftige Falafel, die au\u00dfen knusprig sind. Um das zu erreichen, bestreiche ich meine Falafel gerne mit etwas Aquafaba. Wenn du nicht unbedingt auf \u00d6l verzichtest, kannst du sie auch mit etwas \u00d6l bestreichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Damit die Falafel innen nicht trocken und kr\u00fcmelig werden, verwenden wir im Teig Tahini, das macht die Falafel geschmeidig und frische Kr\u00e4uter helfen, den Teig vor dem Austrocknen zu bewahren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Frittierte Falafel werden durch das aufgenommene Fett luftig. Damit unsere gebackenen Falafel auch noch etwas fluffiger werden, f\u00fcgen wir einfach etwas Backpulver hinzu und sie werden perfekt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"air-fryer-methode\"><strong>Air Fryer-Methode<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Falafelmischung machst du wie oben beschrieben. Erhitze die Hei\u00dfluftfritteuse auf 200 Grad Celsius. Lege etwas Backpapier auf den Boden des Airfryer-Korbs. Brate sie f\u00fcr etwa 15\u201320 Minuten, bis sie goldbraun sind. Du kannst auch Kichererbsen aus der Dose verwenden. Allerdings ver\u00e4ndert sich die Konsistenz der Falafel etwas. Wenn du jedoch wie wir einen w\u00f6chentlichen Speiseplan erstellst (abonniere meinen w\u00f6chentlichen Newsletter f\u00fcr Speiseplan-Ideen), kannst du dies in deinem Speiseplan ber\u00fccksichtigen. Ich verwende am liebsten getrocknete Kichererbsen.<\/li><li><strong>Backpulver<\/strong>: Es ist optional. F\u00fcr Falafel braucht man nicht unbedingt Backpulver. Wenn du die Falafel backst, werden sie fester als frittierte Falafel. Daher f\u00fcge ich gerne ein wenig Backpulver hinzu, um die ofengebackenen Falafel luftig zu machen. Die Falafel schmecken auch ohne Backpulver k\u00f6stlich.<\/li><li><strong>Frische Kr\u00e4uter:<\/strong> Petersilie und Koriander kannst du austauschen.<\/li><li><strong>Knoblauch:<\/strong> Statt Zehen kannst du auch Knoblauchpulver verwenden. Die Falafel zum Aufw\u00e4rmen kurz backen oder in einer Pfanne erhitzen.<\/li><li><strong>Kann ich Falafel einfrieren<\/strong>? Falafel lassen sich super einfrieren. Die Falafel auf Zimmertemperatur abk\u00fchlen lassen und dann auf einem Backblech einfrieren. Wenn die Falafel gefroren sind, kannst du sie portionsweise einfrieren.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"meal-prep\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" ><br><strong>Meal Prep<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Du kannst die Falafel sogar sehr gut im Voraus zubereiten. Lasse die Mischung einfach \u00fcber Nacht im K\u00fchlschrank ruhen. Der Falafelteig h\u00e4lt sich im K\u00fchlschrank ca. 3 Tage. Verwende einfach einen luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter. Diese Tamiya werden der urspr\u00fcnglichen \u00e4gyptischen Kirche, den Kopten, zugeschrieben, die eine fr\u00fche Form des Christentums sind.
