Verwende eine, f\u00fcr die du einen passenden Deckel hast. Den Deckel brauchen wir sp\u00e4ter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>W\u00e4hrend du deine Schalotten anschwitzen, erhitze die Br\u00fche in einem kleinen Topf. Halte die Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche hei\u00df, bis dein Risotto fertig ist. Du kannst deine gesch\u00e4lten Rote-Beten auch w\u00fcrfeln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den Wei\u00dfwein zu den Schalotten geben und abl\u00f6schen lassen. Der Wein sollte vollst\u00e4ndig verkochen. Mische deinen Reis unter und lasse ihn einige Sekunden unter R\u00fchren sautieren. Rote Bete, Hefeflocken, etwas Salz, schwarzer Pfeffer und Misopaste mischen. Mit Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche gerade so viel aufgie\u00dfen, dass der Reis bedeckt ist. Bei schwacher Hitze k\u00f6cheln lassen. Du wirst immer wieder Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche in kleinen Mengen hinzuf\u00fcgen. Bevor du mehr Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche hinzuf\u00fcgst, warte, bis der Reis sie vollst\u00e4ndig aufgenommen hat. Du m\u00f6chtest den Reis oft umr\u00fchren, das macht das Risotto cremig. Du f\u00fcgst Br\u00fche hinzu, bis der Reis fast al dente ist. Dies dauert etwa 20 Minuten. Probiere etwas Reis, um zu sehen, ob er fast fertig ist. Schalte die Hitze aus und decke die Pfanne ab und lasse sie etwa 5 Minuten ruhen. Wenn du  Vollkorn-Arborio-Reis finden kannst, kaufe diesen. Du k\u00f6nntest auch ein Gerstenrisotto machen und Graupen statt Reis verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Hummus<\/strong>: Ich liebe es, etwas Hummus am Ende hinzuzuf\u00fcgen, um diesem cremigen Rote-Beete-Risotto etwas mehr Cremigkeit zu verleihen.<\/li><li><strong>Wei\u00dfwein:<\/strong> Du kannst auch Rotwein verwenden. Oder du l\u00e4sst den Wei\u00dfwein weg und r\u00fchrst sp\u00e4ter etwas wei\u00dfen Balsamico oder Wei\u00dfweinessig ein.<\/li><li><strong>Hefeflocken<\/strong>: Ich liebe es, etwas K\u00e4segeschmack hinzuzuf\u00fcgen, du kannst stattdessen auch etwas veganen Parmesan hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li><li><strong>Zitronensaft:<\/strong> Du hast etwas Limette, f\u00fcge stattdessen Limettensaft hinzu!<\/li><li><strong>Schalotten<\/strong>: Statt Schalotten kannst du auch rote Zwiebeln verwenden. Diese haben einen milderen Geschmack, wie die Schalotten.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"variationen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" ><br>Variationen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Ger\u00f6stete Rote Bete: <\/strong>Du kannst stattdessen auch ger\u00f6stete Rote Bete verwenden. Lasse das cremige Risotto vollst\u00e4ndig abk\u00fchlen, bevor du es in einem gefrierfesten Beh\u00e4lter einfrieren.
