Dazu gebe ich den Zwiebeln immer einen Spritzer Wasser. Jetzt kannst du die restlichen Zutaten hinzuf\u00fcgen und gut umr\u00fchren. Bei schwacher Hitze etwa 15-20 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis der Bulgur oder die Alternative gar ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Dieses pflanzliche Chili l\u00e4sst sich ganz einfach in einem Slow Cooker (Schongarer) zubereiten. Brate einfach zuerst die Zwiebeln und den Knoblauch an, um den ganzen Geschmack zu erhalten, und f\u00fcge danach die anderen Zutaten hinzu. Lasse es etwa 3-6 Stunden kochen. Um eine glutenfreie Version von Chili zuzubereiten, verwende einfach Buchweizengr\u00fctze, Hirse oder Quinoa. Couscous eignet sich auch als Bulgur-Alternative. Couscous wird wie Nudeln aus Hartweizengrie\u00df hergestellt. Es ist ein Mehlkorn, das in etwas Wasser gekocht wird. Couscous wird normalerweise ged\u00e4mpft und nicht gekocht und in 5 Minuten gekocht. Freekeh eignet sich perfekt als Hackfleischersatz oder Bulgurersatz, einfach um den Bulgur 1:1 zu ersetzen.<\/li><li><strong>Bohnen:<\/strong> Verwende hier deine Lieblingsbohnen. Je nachdem, ob du Bulgur oder Couscous verwendest, ben\u00f6tigst du mehr oder weniger Fl\u00fcssigkeit. Bulgur ist saugf\u00e4higer als Couscous.<br>Am besten schmeckt das Chili, wenn es \u00fcber Nacht gestanden hat. Dank dieser Zutaten erh\u00e4ltst du ein veganes Chili voller Geschmack. Diese Zutaten dominieren im Eintopf nicht. Aber sie heben die anderen Aromen hervor.<\/p> <\/div> <div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1676429796923\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\">Was ist Bulgur?<\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\">Bulgur ist ein Vollkornweizen, der wie Reis in etwa 15 Minuten gekocht wird. Folge einfach den Anweisungen des Pakets. Bulgur ist eine wichtige Zutat, um die Textur von Hackfleisch in Eint\u00f6pfen nachzuahmen.<br\/>Du kannst den Bulgur gerne kochen und einfrieren. Du kannst Bulgur f\u00fcr andere Gerichte verwenden, bei denen du normalerweise Hackfleisch verwenden w\u00fcrdest, wie Taco, Eint\u00f6pfe, Saucen.<br\/>Bulgur nimmt den Geschmack von Gerichten sehr gut auf und eignet sich daher sehr gut als Hackfleischersatz.<br\/>Auf den Bildern sieht man leider keinen Bulgur, sondern Couscous, da ich in meiner Gegend leider keinen Bulgur gefunden habe und mein Vorrat aufgebraucht war.<\/p> <\/div> <div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1676429853977\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\">Ist Chili gesund?<\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\">Wir verwenden kein \u00d6l oder Zuckerzusatz.
