Ich schneide sie relativ d\u00fcnn, damit sie nicht so lange im Ofen brauchen. Nun die Kartoffelecken f\u00fcr ca. 20 min im hei\u00dfen Wasser einweichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst den Backofen auf 200 \u00b0C vorheizen. Nach den 20 Minuten kannst du die Kartoffeln abtropfen lassen und mit einem Geschirrtuch trocknen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun alle weiteren Zutaten f\u00fcr die W\u00fcrze mischen und zu den Kartoffeln geben. Mische jetzt die Kartoffeln mit dem Gew\u00fcrz, sodass alle Kartoffeln gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig damit bedeckt sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Kartoffelecken in einer gleichm\u00e4\u00dfigen Schicht auf einem mit Backpapier ausgelegten Backblech verteilen. Bitte achte darauf, dass keine Kartoffeln \u00fcbereinander liegen. Die Kartoffeln im vorgeheizten Backofen etwa 40 Minuten goldbraun backen. Nach den ersten 20 Minuten die Kartoffeln wenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hei\u00dfluftfritteuse<\/strong>: Du kannst sie auch in einem Air Fryer backen, lege einfach etwas Backpapier in den Air Fryer-Korb. Du kannst spezielles Backpapier f\u00fcr die Hei\u00dfluftfritteuse kaufen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"substitutionen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" ><strong>Substitutionen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Kartoffeln<\/strong>: Welche Kartoffeln sind die besten? Wir m\u00f6chten, dass die Kartoffeln ihre Form behalten und beim Backen nicht auseinanderfallen, also Kartoffeln mit weniger St\u00e4rke verwenden.  Du kannst auch S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln oder rote Kartoffeln probieren, um Kartoffelecken herzustellen. Du musst die Kartoffeln nicht sch\u00e4len, sondern kannst sie einfach mit der Schale schneiden. Stelle sicher, dass du alle Augen und gr\u00fcnen Flecken an der Kartoffel entfernst. Dies ist sehr wichtig. Wenn dir die Schale deiner Kartoffelecken nicht gef\u00e4llt, kannst du sie nat\u00fcrlich auch sch\u00e4len. Ohne Sch\u00e4len hast du einen Schritt weniger. <\/li><li><strong>Gew\u00fcrze<\/strong>: Du kannst jederzeit verschiedene Gew\u00fcrze deiner Wahl hinzuf\u00fcgen. Manchmal mache ich Rosmarin-Kartoffel-Wedges.
