Die einen m\u00f6gen Brownies eher trockener, aber dennoch feucht und andere m\u00f6gen Brownies super klebrig. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ich geh\u00f6re eher zu denen, die die Brownies dicht, saftig und klebrig m\u00f6gen.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Sie sollten zusammenhalten und nicht zu feucht, dass die Brownies auseinander fallen.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ich habe lange \u00fcberlegt, wie ich eine Brownie Version zustande bekomme, die nicht zu s\u00fc\u00df ist, aber dennoch dich nicht die klassischen Brownies missen lassen. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ich muss gestehen, ich finde die meisten amerikanischen Backwaren zu s\u00fc\u00df. Viele Backwaren werden \u00fcbertrieben gezuckert, was einfach nicht n\u00f6tig ist. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Damit du auch den vollen Geschmack der Brownies schmeckst, d\u00fcrfen diese auch nicht zu s\u00fc\u00df sein. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sonst schmeckst du keine Schokolade mehr, sondern nur den puren Zucker, der manchmal sogar ein stechendes Gef\u00fchl im Mund hinterl\u00e4sst.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Und diese Brownies sind perfekt geworden. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diese Version mit Datteln, Nussbutter und dunkler Schokolade wird es bei uns \u00f6fter geben. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perfekt, wenn es dich nach etwas S\u00fc\u00dfem lustet, du aber nicht unbedingt zu einer ungesunden Kalorienbombe zugreifen m\u00f6chtest. Du wirst sehen, sie sind super einfach zuzubereiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wir bereiten die Brownies in einem Food Prozessor zu.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dazu nehme zuerst die eingeweichten, entkernten Datteln, Nussmus, 2 EL Mandelmilch und mixe diese so lange im Food Processor bis eine Creme ohne St\u00fccke entsteht. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Schmelze in der Zwischenzeit die dunkle Schokolade. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Und gebe die gemahlenen Leinsamen mit den 6 EL Milch in eine kleine Sch\u00fcssel.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jetzt gebe zur Dattelmasse, das Mehl, Kakaopulver, Vanilleextrakt und restliche Mandelmilch, sowie Leinsamen und mixe bis alles miteinander vermengt ist.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gebe die geschmolzene Schokolade dazu und r\u00fchre diese mit dem Food Processor unter.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jetzt hebe die Schokoladenchips unter.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gebe nun den Brownie Teig in eine mit Backpapier ausgelegte kleine Auflaufform und backe die Brownies f\u00fcr ca. 20 min bei 175 \u00b0C. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Brownies sollten&nbsp; in der Mitte noch relativ feucht sein. Schaue mal in der Backabteilung, die meisten Schokoladenchips aus dunkler Schokolade sind vegan. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vergewissere dich nochmal und lese die Zutatenliste durch,&nbsp; das keine Milchprodukte wie Butter Fett, Molke, Milchzucker enthalten ist.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wenn du keine Schokoladenchips verwendest, kannst du auch einfach deine Lieblingsschokolade in grobe St\u00fccke schneiden.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-kannst-du-brownies-ohne-eier-zubereiten\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kannst du Brownies ohne Eier zubereiten?<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eine der gr\u00f6\u00dften Herausforderungen bei veganen Brownies ist, dass die Brownies zusammenhalten und nicht auseinanderfallen und dabei darauf achten, dass die Brownies feucht bleiben und nicht austrocknen und zu einem normalen Schokoladenkuchen werden.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Am einfachsten die Bindung bei Brownies zu erreichen ohne das die Brownies austrocknen ist, Leinsamen oder Chiasamen zu verwenden.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Manche Rezepte verwenden auch Tofu, um dann auch nochmal etwas Feuchtigkeit hinzuzuf\u00fcgen. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das ben\u00f6tigen wir allerdings nicht, da wir Datteln verwenden.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leinsamen und Chiasamen sind wunderbare Eiers\u00e4tze und liefern noch wertvolle Vitamine und Mineralstoffe.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dazu einfach die Leinsamen mahlen und mit Wasser oder Milch anreichen und kurz stehen lassen. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Leinsamen werden gelartig und perfekt als Eiersatz.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Einfach mal bei deinem n\u00e4chsten Kuchen ausprobieren.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-kannst-du-brownies-glutenfrei-zubereiten\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kannst du Brownies glutenfrei zubereiten?<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ich muss sagen, ich habe es noch nicht probiert. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wenn du eine glutenfreie Backmehlmischung verwendest wie diese, sollte dies wunderbar funktionieren.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wenn du es mal ausprobierst, w\u00fcrde ich mich \u00fcber eine R\u00fcckmeldung von dir in den Kommentaren freuen.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1080\" height=\"1620\" data-pin-url=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/brownies-vegan\/?tp_image_id=8609\" data-pin-description=\"Vegane Brownies - Brownies sollten dichte, klebrige, saftige Schokokuchen sein, die dir das Wasser im Mund zusammen laufen lassen. Hierzu beachte einfach folgende Schritte:&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lege die Auflaufform mit Backpapier aus, was leicht \u00fcber die Seiten herausschaut. So kannst du leicht das Backpapier herausnehmen.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lasse die Brownies f\u00fcr ca. 15 min ausk\u00fchlen. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Erst dann hebe die ganzen Brownies mit dem Backpapier aus der Pfanne und lasse die Brownies auf einem Kuchengitter mit dem Backpapier f\u00fcr mind. 20 min abk\u00fchlen. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Achte bitte darauf, dass je l\u00e4nger du sie abk\u00fchlen l\u00e4sst, desto besser lassen sich die Brownies schneiden.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Verwende ein gro\u00dfes Messer zum Schneiden von Brownies. Am besten l\u00e4sst du das Messer kurz in warmen Wasser, kurz abtrocknen und schneide die Brownies.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das Messer immer mal wieder waschen und wieder schneiden. So bekommst du saubere Brownie W\u00fcrfel.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"aufbewahrung\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" ><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aufbewahrung<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Brownies eignen sich wunderbar zum Einfrieren. Dazu einfach die geschnittenen Brownies portionsweise einfrieren. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Einen Abend vor dem Servieren einfach aus dem Gefrierschrank nehmen und auftauen lassen.
