Daf\u00fcr den Tofu nehmen und etwa 15 Minuten auspressen. Nun die Zwiebel und den Knoblauch in einer beschichteten Pfanne bei mittlerer Hitze anschwitzen. Die Pfanne sollte gro\u00df genug sein, damit die Sauace reinpasst. Den Tofu hinein br\u00f6seln und die gehackten Waln\u00fcsse dazugeben, sodass wir eine Art Hackfleisch bekommen. Das fein gehackte Gem\u00fcse (Sellerie und Karotten) hinzuf\u00fcgen. Den Tofu mit den anderen Zutaten ordentlich anr\u00f6sten und mit etwas Rotwein abl\u00f6schen. Der zerbr\u00f6ckelte Tofu wird dunkler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun die restlichen Zutaten f\u00fcr die Bolognese hinzugeben und die Sauce abschmecken. Die So\u00dfe bei schwacher Hitze k\u00f6cheln lassen. In der Zwischenzeit kannst du die normalen Lasagne-Nudeln nach Packungsanleitung al dente kochen. Wenn du vorgekochte Lasagne-Nudeln hast, \u00fcberspringe diesen Schritt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bereite nun die B\u00e9chamelsauce zu. Alle Zutaten in einem Topf vermischen und bei mittlerer Hitze langsam erw\u00e4rmen. Koche es nicht. Die Sauce wird dickfl\u00fcssiger. Mache einen Geschmackstest und w\u00fcrze die Sauce nach deinem Geschmack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bereite nun die Lasagne vor. Eine d\u00fcnne Schicht So\u00dfe in eine ausreichend gro\u00dfe Auflaufform geben, dann eine Schicht Lasagne-Nudeln hinzuf\u00fcgen. Gebe jetzt etwas B\u00e9chamelsauce \u00fcber die Nudeln und streue etwas veganen Parmesan dar\u00fcber. Jetzt gie\u00dft du etwas So\u00dfe dar\u00fcber und beginnst wieder mit den Nudeln. Fahre fort, bis die Auflaufform voll ist, und du beendest mit einer letzten Schicht Nudeln und B\u00e9chamelsauce. Du wirst erstaunliche Schichten von Nudeln und Sauce haben. Belege es optional mit etwas veganem Mozzarella-K\u00e4se.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gib die Lasagne f\u00fcr etwa 45 Minuten in einen vorgeheizten Ofen bei 175 \u00b0C. Wenn die Lasagne die gew\u00fcnschte Farbe hat, ist sie servierfertig. Ich mag meine Nudeln dunkel und oben knusprig. Garniere deine vegetarische Lasagne mit frischem Basilikum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tipp:<\/strong> Verwende eine K\u00fcchenmaschine, um das Gem\u00fcse f\u00fcr die Sauce zu zerkleinern. Jede milchfreie Milch wird hier funktionieren.<\/li><li><strong>Parmesan:<\/strong> Ich liebe <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/veganer-parmesan\/\">mein veganes Parmesan-Rezept<\/a> f\u00fcr meine hausgemachte Lasagne, du kannst auch gekauften veganen Parmesan verwenden oder einfach Hefeflocken verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Waln\u00fcsse:<\/strong> Ich liebe es, gehackte Waln\u00fcsse f\u00fcr die Textur hinzuzuf\u00fcgen. Du kannst auch Sonnenblumenkerne verwenden.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"variationen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" ><br>Variationen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Scharf:<\/strong> Du liebst etwas Sch\u00e4rfe in deinem traditionellen Lasagne-Rezept, f\u00fcge einige rote Chiliflocken hinzu.<\/li><li><strong>B\u00e9chamel:<\/strong> Das ist die italienische Art, eine Lasagne zuzubereiten.
