Und gr\u00fcne Bohnen putzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die frischen Bohnen dazugeben und die Bohnen mit den Zwiebeln mit etwas Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche etwa 15-20 Minuten bei mittlerer Hitze k\u00f6cheln lassen. Die Bohnen sind gar, wenn sie weich, aber noch al dente sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr die So\u00dfe alle Zutaten zu einer cremigen So\u00dfe verr\u00fchren und mit Meersalz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Wenn die blanchierten gr\u00fcnen Bohnen fertig sind, kannst du die So\u00dfe hinzuf\u00fcgen und verr\u00fchren, bis alles gut vermischt ist. Die Beilage muss nicht erneut erhitzt werden.
