Der n\u00e4chste Schritt h\u00e4ngt davon ab, ob du fertiges K\u00fcrbisp\u00fcree verwendest oder den K\u00fcrbis noch r\u00f6sten musst. Wenn du den K\u00fcrbis jetzt r\u00f6sten musst, tue es. Den ganzen K\u00fcrbis oder gehackten K\u00fcrbis (geht schneller) in den Ofen geben, bis er weich ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Nudeln nach Packungsanweisung al dente kochen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn der K\u00fcrbis fertig ist, die Cashewkerne entfernen und alle Zutaten f\u00fcr die K\u00fcrbis-K\u00e4se-Sauce in einen Hochleistungsmixer geben und mixen, bis eine super cremige Konsistenz erreicht ist. Das kann 2 Minuten dauern und die Sauce nochmals abschmecken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nudeln abgie\u00dfen. Gie\u00dfe die k\u00e4sige Sauce in den Topf, in dem du Nudeln gekocht hast. Lasse sie bei mittlerer Hitze unter R\u00fchren erw\u00e4rmen, sie wird dicker und bekommt eine k\u00e4sige Textur. Meine Lieblingsk\u00fcrbisse f\u00fcr diese vegane K\u00e4sesauce sind Butternussk\u00fcrbis oder Hokkaido. Es ist einfach zuzubereiten. In der K\u00fcrbissaison verwende ich gerne frischen K\u00fcrbis.<\/li><li><strong>Cashewn\u00fcsse:<\/strong> Um eine cremige Sauce zu machen, brauchen wir eine pflanzliche Fettquelle. Daf\u00fcr verwende ich gerne Cashewn\u00fcsse, K\u00fcrbiskerne oder Sonnenblumenkerne. 1:1 ausgetauscht. Wer m\u00f6chte, kann auch Kokosmilch verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Pasta:<\/strong> F\u00fcr diesen einfachen veganen K\u00fcrbis-Mac kannst du deine glutenfreie Lieblingspasta oder eine Vollkorn-Ellbogen-Makkaroni-Pasta verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Hefeflocken<\/strong>: Wir f\u00fcgen Nooch hinzu, um diesen k\u00e4sigen Geschmack zu erhalten. Aber wenn du es nicht magst, kannst du es ganz weglassen.
