Allerdings finde ich das Jackfrucht eher bei zum Beispiel <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/bestes-bbq-pulled-pork\/\">BBQ Pulled Pork<\/a> wie bei <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/veganer-pulled-ananas-bbq-jackfrucht-burger\/\">diesem Ananas Pulled Jackfrucht<\/a> schmeckt. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Also verwarf ich die Idee wieder. Werde mich aber sicherlich mal an dieser Variante versuchen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dann kam mir die Idee, dass ich eingelegte Artischocken und Pilze verwenden k\u00f6nnte, die sich leicht mit einer Gabel schreddern lassen. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Und Austernpilze, und Pifferlinge eignen sich am Besten daf\u00fcr. Allerdings haben Pfifferlinge einen eher gelben Ton, welchen du in dem Pot Pie erkennen w\u00fcrdest, bis auf das optische w\u00fcrden diese hervorragend dazu passen. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hier in den USA fand ich keine Pfifferlinge, also griff ich zu Austernpilzen (K\u00f6nigsausternpilz) zur\u00fcck.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Was, wenn du keine Artischocken oder Pilze magst?<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Du kannst nat\u00fcrlich auf die Jackfrucht in Salzlake zur\u00fcckgreifen oder gekaufte H\u00e4hnchen-Alternative verwenden. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oder du bereitest dein eignens H\u00e4hnchen Seitan zu und schreddest dieses mit einer Gabel ebenfalls (an einem solchen Rezepte arbeite ich).<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"720\" height=\"1080\" data-pin-url=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/amerikanischer-chicken-pot-pie\/?tp_image_id=8110\" data-pin-description=\"Dieser Chicken Pot Pie oder auch bekannt als H\u00fchnerpastete ist mit den richtigen Gew\u00fcrzen einfach in vegan zubereitet. Pilze und Artischocken mit einer Gabel grob zerpfl\u00fccken \/schreddern. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dies wird das H\u00fchnchen imitieren.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wenn die Zwiebeln sch\u00f6n braun sind, Artischocken und Champignons mit den Lorbeerbl\u00e4ttern und Wacholderbeeren dazugeben und ca. 2 Minuten sautieren lassen. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">F\u00fcge die Karotten und den Sellerie hinzu und f\u00fcge immer ein bisschen Wasser hinzu. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dass es nicht anbrennt oder an der Pfanne klebt. Nach ca. 3 Minuten kannst du mit Wei\u00dfwein abl\u00f6schen. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wenn du keinen Wei\u00dfwein verwendest, den Balsamico in die So\u00dfe geben.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Erbsen in die Pfanne geben.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bereite die Sauce zu:<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alle Zutaten in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben und verquirlen. F\u00fcge es zu den anderen Zutaten hinzu und lassen es fast aufkochen. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Erhitze es genug, das beginnt zu verdicken, aber lass es nicht kochen. Schalte die Hitze aus und nehmen den Topf vom Herd. Lasse es etwa 30 Minuten oder l\u00e4nger ruhen. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entferne das Lorbeerblatt und Wacholderbeeren, wenn du sie findest. Es ist nicht schlimm, wenn du sie nicht findest. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aber denke einfach daran, dass andere Leute es entfernen, wenn sie es in ihrer Portion finden.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zusammenf\u00fcgen \/ Backen:<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hole den Bl\u00e4tterteig oder die Alternative aus dem K\u00fchlschrank. Und schneide es in die Form Ihrer Auflaufform. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jetzt gebe den Teig als Boden hinzein und gebe die F\u00fcllung dar\u00fcber. Den Backofen auf 175 \u00b0 C vorheizen, die F\u00fcllung mit dem Teig bedecken und mit Aquafaba oder Wasser bestreichen. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Schneide den Teig in der Mitte ein wie auf dem Bild.
