Dieser sollte vom L\u00f6ffel rei\u00dfen und nicht zu fl\u00fcssig sein. Der Sp\u00e4tzleteig sollte eher fest sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn der Teig vom L\u00f6ffel rei\u00dft, dann bekommt man sch\u00f6ne, lange Sp\u00e4tzle. Ist dies nicht der Fall, erh\u00e4ltst du Knopfsp\u00e4tzle, die wir auch \u00f6fter zubereiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Einen gro\u00dfen Topf mit Wasser zum Kochen bringen und in einem gro\u00dfen Topf bei mittlerer Hitze und einem breiten Topf mit etwas Salz k\u00f6cheln lassen. Genau wie das Kochen anderer Nudeln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Und bereite eine gro\u00dfe Sch\u00fcssel mit kaltem Wasser vor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nehme nun die Sp\u00e4tzlepresse und f\u00fclle diese mit dem Teig. Jetzt setzt du die Presse auf den Topf und dr\u00fcckst den Teig langsam in das kochende Wasser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sp\u00e4tzle schwimmen relativ schnell nach oben. Wenn die Sp\u00e4tzle schwimmen, sind sie durchgegart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dann kannst du die Sp\u00e4tzle mit einer Schaumkelle absch\u00f6pfen und in die Sch\u00fcssel mit kaltem Wasser geben, damit die Sp\u00e4tzle aufh\u00f6ren zu garen. Das wiederholst du, bis der Teig aufgebraucht ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background\" style=\"background-color:#f6f6f6\">Machst du diese hausgemachten Sp\u00e4tzle, probiere hausgemachte Pastasaucen wie <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/tomaten-sauce\/\">Tomatensauce<\/a> oder cremige Saucen wie <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/vegane-alfredo-pasta\/\">Alfredo-Sauce<\/a> und mehr meiner veganen Pastasaucen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"720\" height=\"1080\" src=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/vegan-german-sp\u00e4tzle-3.jpg\" alt=\"Selbstgemachte vegane Sp\u00e4tzle\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"substitutionen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Substitutionen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Mehl:<\/strong> Ich empfehle die Verwendung von Vollkornmehl oder Allzweckmehl. Ich verwende f\u00fcr meine deutschen Sp\u00e4tzle immer Vollkornmehl.<\/li><li><strong>Kurkuma und Kala Namak:<\/strong> Diese beiden Zutaten sind optional.<\/li><li><strong>Milchfreie Milch:<\/strong> Ich verwende normalerweise Mandelmilch. Du kannst aber auch Sojamilch, Cashewmilch, Kokosmilch oder Reismilch verwenden.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"variationen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" ><br>Variationen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Spinat:<\/strong> Wie w\u00e4r's mit Spinat-Sp\u00e4tzle? Mische etwas Spinat mit der pflanzlichen Milch im Hochleistungsmixer.<\/li><li><strong>K\u00e4sesp\u00e4tzle<\/strong>: Etwas Hefeflocken, Knoblauchpulver, Zwiebelpulver hinzugeben und mit etwas veganer K\u00e4sesauce toppen.<\/li><li><strong>Kr\u00e4uter: <\/strong>F\u00fcge einige deiner frischen Lieblingskr\u00e4uter hinzu. Wie Basilikum, Petersilie oder Schnittlauch.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"equipment\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Equipment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dies wird dir helfen, herauszufinden, welche K\u00fcchenutensilien hilfreich sind, um diese langen Sp\u00e4tzle zuzubereiten. Tausche einfach das hei\u00dfe Wasser gegen das kalte Wasser aus. Nun die Sp\u00e4tzle auf einem Backblech oder \u00e4hnlichem verteilen und in den Gefrierschrank stellen, bis die Sp\u00e4tzle durchgefroren sind. Jetzt k\u00f6nnen Sie die gefrorenen Sp\u00e4tzle in Beh\u00e4lter f\u00fcllen und wieder in den Gefrierschrank stellen. So gefrieren sie nicht zu einem Klumpen und du kannst sie portionsweise herausnehmen.<\/li><li><strong>Aufw\u00e4rmen:<\/strong> Wenn du die gefrorenen Sp\u00e4tzle zubereiten m\u00f6chtest, lasse sie nicht antauen. Dadurch k\u00f6nnen sie matschig und klebrig werden. Gebe die gefrorenen Sp\u00e4tzle direkt in das kochende Wasser und warte, bis sie hoch schwimmen.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#f6f6f6\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 id=\"tipps\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Tipps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich f\u00fcge die Menge an Fl\u00fcssigkeit hinzu und schaue als Faustregel einfach, bis ich den perfekten Teig bekomme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr dich habe ich gemessen, wie viel ich daf\u00fcr gebe. Aber wenn Ihr Teig ist:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>zu fest<\/strong>: Je nach Mehlsorte kann das passieren, dann einfach etwas mehr Pflanzenmilch hinzugeben. Stellen Sie jedoch sicher, dass Sie es verlangsamen, bevor der Teig zu fl\u00fcssig wird.<\/li><li><strong>zu fl\u00fcssig:<\/strong> dann einfach etwas Mehl dazugeben. Auch hier kommt es je nach Mehlsorte darauf an, dass der Teig weniger Fl\u00fcssigkeit ben\u00f6tigt. Der wichtigste Tipp, um lange Sp\u00e4tzle zu zaubern:<\/li><li>Der Teig sollte am L\u00f6ffel haften bleiben. Wenn Sie etwas Teig mit dem L\u00f6ffel heben m\u00f6chten, sollte der Teig nicht vom L\u00f6ffel laufen, wie z. B. Kuchenteig oder Pfannkuchenteig. Aber der Teig sollte ziehen oder kleben. Dann k\u00f6nnen Sie die perfekten langen Sp\u00e4tzle zubereiten.<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"faq\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >FAQ<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"schema-faq wp-block-yoast-faq-block\"><div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1677727832625\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\">Woher kommen Sp\u00e4tzle?<\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\">Die traditionellen Sp\u00e4tzle, die man so gut kennt, stammen aus der Region Schwaben in Deutschland.<\/p> <\/div> <div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1677727852303\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\">Wie koche ich die Sp\u00e4tzle richtig?<\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\">Zun\u00e4chst musst du f\u00fcr die Sp\u00e4tzle einen ausreichend gro\u00dfen und breiten Topf mit Salzwasser aufkochen. Wichtig ist, den Teig portionsweise ins Wasser zu geben, ich gebe immer so viel Teig in den Topf wie in meine Presse passt und gebe erst mehr Teig hinzu, wenn ich die fertigen Sp\u00e4tzle abgesch\u00f6pft habe.<br\/>Das Wasser h\u00f6rt auf zu blubbern, wenn du den Teig in das Wasser dr\u00fcckst. Aber das ist \u00fcberhaupt nicht schlimm.<br\/>Der Teig muss nicht kochen, es reicht, wenn das Wasser k\u00f6chelt.<br\/>Nach etwa einer halben Minute beginnen die Sp\u00e4tzle zu schwimmen. Dies ist dein Zeichen f\u00fcr das Absch\u00f6pfen der Sp\u00e4tzle.<\/p> <\/div> <div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1677727940034\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\">Soll ich die Sp\u00e4tzle mit kaltem Wasser absp\u00fclen?<\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\">Wenn du die Sp\u00e4tzle direkt essen m\u00f6chtest, ist dies nicht notwendig. Anschlie\u00dfend die Sp\u00e4tzle einfach in hei\u00dfes Wasser legen und die Sp\u00e4tzle warm halten.<br\/>Wenn du die Sp\u00e4tzle jedoch sp\u00e4ter servieren oder bis zum n\u00e4chsten Tag aufbewahren oder frittieren m\u00f6chtest, dann empfehle ich dir, die Sp\u00e4tzle kurz mit kaltem Wasser abzusp\u00fclen.<br\/>Sonst kann es sein, dass die Sp\u00e4tzle durch den klebrigen Gluten im
