Und alle Zutaten bis auf die Kokosmilch in einen ausreichend gro\u00dfen Topf geben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun alles ca. 15 Minuten bei mittlerer Hitze kochen lassen, bis die Kartoffeln weich sind. Steche mit einem Messer in die Kartoffel und wenn du keinen Widerstand sp\u00fcrst, ist die Kartoffel durchgegart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt kannst du die Suppe in deinem Hochleistungsmixer p\u00fcrieren oder einen P\u00fcrierstab verwenden. Kokosmilch einr\u00fchren und mit Meersalz und schwarzem Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hinweis:<\/strong> Manchmal koche ich Rote Beete auf Vorrat, um sie schnell zur Hand zu haben, und die Gerichte sind noch schneller zubereitet. Und wenn du schon einmal ein vegetarisches Borschtsch-Rezept hattest, wird dir meine Version dieser gesunden Suppe gefallen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Rote Bete<\/strong>: Ich habe dieses Rezept mit vorgekochter Bete gemacht, es ging viel schneller, als die Rote Bete zu kochen. Rote Bete kocht ziemlich lange. Du kannst immer Rohe verwenden und sie mit den Kartoffeln kochen, lasse sie einfach etwa 30 Minuten lang kochen, bis sie weich sind. Du kannst dieses Rezept auch mit gelber Bete zubereiten. Ich liebe die Farbe der Gelben.<\/li><li><strong>Kartoffeln<\/strong>: Hier ist es relativ egal, ob du mehligkochende, oder vorwiegend festkochende verwendest. Die Suppe wird sp\u00e4ter eh p\u00fcriert. <\/li><li><strong>Kokosmilch<\/strong>: F\u00fcr diese cremige Rote-Bete-Suppe habe ich Kokosmilch verwendet. Manchmal mache ich meine eigene Sonnenblumencreme oder Cashewcreme, die ich anstelle von Kokosmilch verwende.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"variationen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Variationen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst den Rezepten immer deinen eigenen Twist geben. Ich sehe Rezepte eher als Richtlinie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Frische Kr\u00e4uter<\/strong>: Gebe dieser cremigen veganen Rote-Bete-Suppe einige Kr\u00e4uter wie frischen Dill hinzu und du wirst sehen, dass der Geschmack erstaunlich ist.<\/li><li><strong>Apfelessig<\/strong>: Dir fehlt etwas s\u00fc\u00df-s\u00e4uerlicher Geschmack, gebe etwas Essig hinzu. Au\u00dferdem ben\u00f6tigst du einen gro\u00dfen Suppentopf, ich verwende gerne einen <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3RtRvga\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener sponsored nofollow\">4-Liter-Topf<\/a> (Marke, die ich verwende und liebe), er ist gro\u00df genug. Du ben\u00f6tigst auch ein <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3XWANIC\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener sponsored nofollow\">Schneidebrett<\/a> und ein gutes <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3Juj2vT\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener sponsored nofollow\">Kochmesser<\/a> (Marke, die ich benutze und liebe).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"aufbewahrung\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Aufbewahrung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Du hast Reste? Vielleicht hast du es sogar in einer gr\u00f6\u00dferen Menge gekocht? Das mache ich oft. Die beste Rote-Bete-Suppe kannst du ganz einfach in einem <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3wOA2VX\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener sponsored nofollow\">luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter<\/a> (mein Favorit f\u00fcr Suppe) bis zu 7 Tage im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au\u00dferdem kannst du die Suppe auch portionsweise einfrieren. Dadurch wird es cremig und manchmal gerinnt die Kokosmilch beim Kochen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"faq\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >FAQ<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"schema-faq wp-block-yoast-faq-block\"><div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1675307482100\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\">Schmeckt die Rote-Bete-Suppe stark nach Erde?<\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\">Mit der Zugabe von Kartoffeln und Kokosmilch ist der erdige Geschmack nicht ganz so stark.<br\/>Den erdigen Geschmack der Roten Beete schmeckt man danach leicht heraus. Wenn du den starken Geschmack nicht magst, dann ist diese <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/vegane-rotkohlsuppe\/\">Rotkohl-Suppe<\/a> etwas f\u00fcr dich.<\/p> <\/div> <div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1675307573711\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\">Ist die Rote-Bete-Suppe gesund?<\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\">Wenn ich mir die Inhaltsstoffe anschaue, sage ich ja, du bekommst einige sch\u00f6ne gesundheitliche Vorteile.<br\/>Die Rote Beete liefert die Vitamine A, B, C und Fols\u00e4ure. Und es senkt das Risiko, an Herzerkrankungen zu erkranken, senkt den Blutdruck und sch\u00fctzt vor Krebs.<br\/>Der Ingwer ist reich an Vitamin C und enth\u00e4lt au\u00dferdem Magnesium, Eisen, Kalzium, Kalium, Natrium und Phosphor.<br\/>Ingwer soll antibakteriell wirken und sorgt f\u00fcr eine gesunde Darmflora. Rote Bete schmeckt immer besser mit s\u00fc\u00dferen, frischen Aromen. Ich finde zum Beispiel diese <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/tomaten-sauce\/\">Tomatensauce<\/a> war k\u00f6stlich, ich habe etwas Rote Beete hineingetan.<br\/>Roher Salat mit \u00c4pfeln, N\u00fcssen.<br\/>Eingelegte Rote Bete verliert den erdigen Geschmack (wahrscheinlich der Grund, warum ich das Rezept meiner Oma liebe) Russische Borschtschsuppe rundet den Geschmack von Rote Bete ab.
