Dieser Beitrag kann Affiliate-Links enthalten. <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/haftungsausschluss\/\">Mehr<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hier in den USA geh\u00f6ren Waffeln zu einem typischen Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck, w\u00e4hrend ich eher so aufgewachsen bin, dass wir Waffeln zum Kaffeetisch anstelle von Kuchen servieren, oder auch Waffeln mit z.B. einer leckeren Kartoffelsuppe servieren (mein absolutes Lieblingsessen aus meiner Kindheit), k\u00f6nnen wir die Waffeln zu allen m\u00f6glichen Mahlzeiten genie\u00dfen. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ob als Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck, Waffeln mit veganen Nuggets (ein typisches Southern Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck), als Kuchenersatz mit hei\u00dfen Kirschen und Sahne oder zu Mittag \/ oder Abend mit einem Teller Suppe.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bei diesem veganen Vollkornwaffel- Rezepte verwendete ich als Richtlinie das Rezept meiner Mama. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dieses l\u00e4sst sich schnell veganisieren und in ges\u00fcnder zubereiten. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anstelle der Butter nimmst du einen Teil Nussmus (helles, dann wird der Teig auch nicht ganz so dunkel), als Auszugsmehl nimmst du Dinkelvollkornmehl oder Weizenvollkornmehl, du kannst aber auch nat\u00fcrlich zu Auszugsmehl greifen, wenn du kein Vollkornmehl magst. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Eier werden zum Teil mit Backpulver und Kartoffelst\u00e4rke ersetzt. Als S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel kannst du Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker, Ahornsirup oder dergleichen verwenden.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zutaten<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Weiter oben habe ich schon einige Zutaten erw\u00e4hnt. Hier zeige ich dir eine kurze Auflistung was alles in den Waffeln enthalten ist.<\/span> Die genauen Mengenangaben findest du weiter unten in der Rezeptkarte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nussmus (Mandelmus oder Cashewmus)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sprudel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker oder Ahornsirup<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vanilleextrakt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kartoffelst\u00e4rke<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vollkornmehl<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Backpulver<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0Vegane Milch bzw. bis eine pfannkuchenartige Konsistenz entsteht<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zubereitung<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gebe erst einmal die fl\u00fcssigen Zutaten in eine Sch\u00fcssel und r\u00fchre diese cremig. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nun gebe das Mehl, sowie die restlichen trockenen Zutaten hinzu und verr\u00fchre es zu einem geschmeidigen Teig. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dieser sollte von der Konsistenz dem von Pfannkuchen \u00e4hneln.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Heize das Waffeleisen auf und gebe wie gewohnt den Waffelteig hinein. Du schmeckst sp\u00e4ter den Essig nicht heraus und 1 TL Essig oder Zitronensaft reichen schon aus.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TIPPS <\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dein Waffelteig sollte von der Konsistenz einem Pfannenkuchenteig \u00e4hneln. Er sollte nicht zu dick, aber auch nicht zu d\u00fcnn sein.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Heize dein Waffeleisen vorher erst vor, bevor du den ersten Teig hineingibst.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Falls du dir nicht sicher bist ob deine Waffeln fest kleben, dann spr\u00fche das Waffeleisen mit etwas \u00d6l ein. Ich hatte mal ein Waffeleisen, bei dem es nach einer Zeit angefangen hat zu kleben. Mit meinem neuen Waffeleisen habe ich keine Probleme.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nehme die Waffeln mit einer Holzgabel hinaus, damit du die Beschichtigung des Waffeleisens nicht zerkratzt. Dadurch kann es sein, dass die Waffeln dann kleben bleiben.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00d6ffne das Waffeleisen erst wenn es aufgeh\u00f6rt hat zu d\u00e4mpfen. Oder wenn du eine Kontrolllampe hast, wenn diese gr\u00fcn leuchtet.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Um die Waffeln warm und knusprig zu halten, erhitze den Ofen auf ca. 80\u00b0C und lege die Waffeln hinein bis du bereit bist die Vollkornwaffeln zu servieren\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Servierm\u00f6glichkeiten<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der Klassiker der Waffeln ist mit hei\u00dfen Kirschen und Sahne. Dazu nehme ich gerne selbstgemachte Kokossahne.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mit Schokoso\u00dfe und Vanilleeis<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Puderzucker<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Waffeln mit Nuggets (wie es hier die s\u00fcdlichen Staaten m\u00f6gen)<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Einfach als Dip f\u00fcr Suppen und Eint\u00f6pfe<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Welches Waffeleisen ist das beste?&nbsp;<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ich habe ein Doppelwaffeleisen, welches beschichtet ist. Ich bin mit diesem sehr zufrieden und kann es nur jedem empfehlen. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Du kannst auch ein klassisches amerikanisches Waffeleisen verwenden.
