Die detaillierten Informationen mit den Mengen findet ihr in der Rezeptkarte unten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>&nbsp;Cashewkerne<\/li><li>&nbsp;Wasser<\/li><li>&nbsp;Tomatenmark<\/li><li>&nbsp;Gurkensaft<\/li><li>&nbsp;Gurken<\/li><li>&nbsp;Tahini<\/li><li>&nbsp;Meersalz<\/li><li>&nbsp;Pfeffer<\/li><li>&nbsp;dijon Senf<\/li><li>&nbsp;Knoblauchzehe<\/li><li>&nbsp;Zwiebelpulver<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"substitutionen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >&nbsp;Substitutionen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"cashew\">&nbsp;Cashew<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Wenn du eine Nussallergie hast oder keine Cashews zur Hand hast, kannst du auch pflanzlichen Joghurt verwenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;F\u00fcr die Zubereitung mit Joghurt w\u00fcrde ich dann noch 2-3 EL Tahini hinzugeben und das Wasser weglassen, damit die So\u00dfe noch cremig und nicht zu d\u00fcnn ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Wenn du Tofu magst, kannst du statt Cashewn\u00fcssen auch Seidentofu verwenden.&nbsp; Lasse einfach das Wasser weg, um eine cremige Sauce zu erhalten.&nbsp; Zum Schluss w\u00fcrde ich mit Meersalz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Wer auf Mayo nicht verzichten m\u00f6chte, kann hier statt der Cashewkerne und des Wassers einfach die gleiche Menge Mayo verwenden.&nbsp; Oder verwende meine \u00f6lfreies Mayonnaise-Rezept.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Anstelle von Cashewn\u00fcssen kannst du auch Sonnenblumenkerne verwenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"wasser\">&nbsp;Wasser<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Du kannst mit etwas Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche mehr Geschmack hinzuf\u00fcgen.&nbsp; Normalerweise verwende ich Wasser, aber manchmal nehme ich etwas Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche.&nbsp; H\u00e4ngt davon ab, ob ich etwas Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche verbrauchen muss oder nicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"tomatenmark\">&nbsp;Tomatenmark<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0Statt Ketchup verwenden wir Tomatenmark.\u00a0 Wenn du Ketchup verwenden m\u00f6chtest, bevorzuge ich gerne die ohne Zuckerzusatz.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Falls du Ketchup hinzuf\u00fcgst, passe die Wassermenge an, Tomatenmark ist viel dicker als Ketchup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"gewurzgurken-sud\">&nbsp;Gew\u00fcrzgurken Sud<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Falls du keinen Sud (Fl\u00fcssigkeit der Gurken) hast, f\u00fcge etwas Essig wie Wei\u00dfweinessig oder Apfelessig hinzu.&nbsp; Und etwas Dill.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Fl\u00fcssigkeit der Gurken verleiht der Burgersauce jedoch einen sch\u00f6nen Geschmack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"gurken\">&nbsp;Gurken<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Anstelle von Essiggurken kannst auch etwas Gurkenrelish verwenden.&nbsp; Normalerweise haben wir Essiggurken zu Hause und Relich nicht, deshalb verwende ich Essiggurken im Rezept.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst sie einfach ganz in den Mixer werfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"tahini\">&nbsp;Tahini<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Statt Tahini kannst du auch etwas Cashewmus oder Mandelmus verwenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"meersalz\">&nbsp;Meersalz<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Dies ist optional und du kannst nach deinem eigenen Geschmack w\u00fcrzen.&nbsp; Statt Salz kannst du auch Zitronensaft hinzugeben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"pfeffer\">&nbsp;Pfeffer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Ich liebe es, es mit etwas schwarzem Pfeffer zu w\u00fcrzen.&nbsp; Du kannst auch etwas wei\u00dfen Pfeffer verwenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"dijon-senf\">&nbsp;Dijon Senf<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Verwende deine&nbsp; Lieblingssenfmarke.&nbsp; Du kannst auch gelben Senf hinzuf\u00fcgen.&nbsp; Dijon-Senf ist mein Favorit.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es erinnert mich eher an den deutschen mittelscharfen Senf, den ich auch gerne verwende.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"variationen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Variationen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Lass uns einen Blick darauf werfen, wie wir die vegane Burgersauce an andere Ern\u00e4hrungsweisen anpassen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"nussfrei\">&nbsp;Nussfrei<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Die erste Zutat, die du siehst, sind Cashewn\u00fcsse.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst immer mehr Geschmack mit Zitronensaft, Zitronenschale oder Essig hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"zubereitung-der-vegane-burgersauce\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >&nbsp;Zubereitung der vegane Burgersauce <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Dazu braucht es nicht viel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Zuerst musst du die Cashews f\u00fcr etwa 10 Minuten in hei\u00dfem Wasser einweichen.&nbsp; W\u00e4hrend sie einweichen, kannst du die restlichen Zutaten zubereiten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du einen leistungsstarken Mixer hast, dann ist dies nicht unbedingt notwendig und du kannst den Schritt \u00fcberspringen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Gebe einfach alle Zutaten in einen Hochleistungsmixer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Nach zehn Minuten kannst du die Cashews abtropfen lassen, absp\u00fclen und zu den anderen Zutaten in den Mixer geben.&nbsp;
