Brate sie mit etwas Wasser in einer gro\u00dfen beschichteten Pfanne bei mittlerer bis hoher Hitze an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gebe nur so viel Wasser hinzu, dass der Boden der Pfanne bedeckt ist, und lasse das Wasser vollst\u00e4ndig verdunsten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn die Zwiebeln und Pilze an der Pfanne kleben, noch etwas Wasser hinzuf\u00fcgen. Und du wiederholst diesen Vorgang, bis die Zwiebeln wirklich sch\u00f6n dunkel sind und dem Geschmack mehr Tiefe verleihen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Erst wenn die Zwiebeln und Pilze braun sind, Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche, Sojasauce und Essig hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die So\u00dfe sollte wirklich sch\u00f6n dunkel sein, wie auf den Fotos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen und die Sauce bei schwacher Hitze einige Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. So entfaltet sich der Geschmack erst richtig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn dir die So\u00dfe zu d\u00fcnn ist, kannst du sie mit etwas Speisest\u00e4rke andicken. Dazu etwa 3 EL Bratenso\u00dfe absch\u00f6pfen und mit der Speisest\u00e4rke vermischen und unter R\u00fchren in die restliche Bratenso\u00dfe einr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bringe die So\u00dfe erneut zum Kochen. Die Pilzso\u00dfe sollte jetzt eindicken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hinweis<\/strong>: Wenn du keine Maisst\u00e4rke verwenden m\u00f6chtest, kannst du auch \u2153 der So\u00dfe verr\u00fchren und diese zu deiner anderen So\u00dfe hinzuf\u00fcgen. Lasse die So\u00dfe abk\u00fchlen und friere sie anschlie\u00dfend in einem luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter im Gefrierschrank ein. So erhalten wir den perfekten Geschmack dieser So\u00dfe.<\/li><li>Die Pilze und Zwiebeln sollten kr\u00e4ftig angebraten werden, damit die So\u00dfe nicht nur ihre typische dunkle Farbe erh\u00e4lt, sondern auch der typische Geschmack erhalten bleibt.<\/li><li>Wenn dir die So\u00dfe zu d\u00fcnn ist, lasse sie einfach k\u00f6cheln. Dadurch wird die So\u00dfe dicker. Du kannst auch wie oben erw\u00e4hnt Maisst\u00e4rke hinzuf\u00fcgen oder etwas von der So\u00dfe mixen. Wenn du die Maisst\u00e4rke hinzuf\u00fcgst, bitte verwende nur wenige Essl\u00f6ffel der So\u00dfe und r\u00fchre die St\u00e4rke unter, bis sich alle Kl\u00fcmpchen aufgel\u00f6st haben.
