Welche Karottensorte solltest du f\u00fcr dieses Rezept verwenden? Du kannst auch Babykarotten verwenden oder die Karotten schneiden. Diese sind schneller fertig. Bringe etwas mehr Farbe auf deinen Feiertagstisch und verwende mehrfarbige Karotten, wie zum Beispiel Regenbogenkarotten.<\/li><li><strong>Ahornsirup<\/strong>: Wir verwenden reinen Ahornsirup, du kannst auch Dattelsirup oder einen anderen Sirup deiner Wahl verwenden. Suche nun nach einer ausreichend gro\u00dfen Pfanne oder einem Backblech, das in den Backofen passt.<br>Den Backofen auf 200 \u00b0C vorheizen und die Glasur vorbereiten. Dazu mischt man alle Zutaten f\u00fcr die Glasur und w\u00fcrzt nach eigenem Gusto. Die Karotten vorsichtig damit bestreichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gebe jetzt die Karotten, die Knoblauchzehen und den frischen Thymian auf das mit Backpapier ausgelegte Backblech oder die Backform und backe die Karotten, bis sie weich sind. Dies kann etwa 30\u201340 Minuten dauern. Dazu steche ich meist mit einem Messer in die dickste Stelle der Karotte ein, um zu sehen, wenn das Messer gut durchgeht, sind die Karotten gar. Normalerweise beginne ich nach 25 Minuten mit der \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung.<br>Die ger\u00f6steten Karotten auf eine Servierplatte geben.
