Dadurch bleibt der gesamte Blumenkohlkopf zusammen. Jetzt kannst du den Strunk quer durchschneiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Und ein paar Mal mit einem Messer in den Blumenkohl stechen, so gart er schneller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bereite nun die Marinade vor, indem du einfach alle Zutaten in einer kleinen Sch\u00fcssel vermischen, bis eine cremige Tahini-Sauce entsteht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du die Marinade probierst, sollte sie einen kr\u00e4ftigen Geschmack haben. Das ist wichtig, damit der Blumenkohl sp\u00e4ter alle gew\u00fcnschten Aromen hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bestreiche jetzt den ganzen Blumenkohlkopf mit der Marinade. Du kannst deine Finger oder einen Backpinsel nehmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gebe den Blumenkohl in eine gusseiserne Pfanne und heize den Ofen auf 200 \u00b0C vor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den Blumenkohl 40 Minuten im vorgeheizten Backofen backen. Bestreiche den im Ofen ger\u00f6steten Blumenkohl alle 10 Minuten mit etwas mehr Marinade, um eine sch\u00f6ne goldbraune Farbe zu erhalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Serviere es auf einer Servierplatte mit etwas ger\u00f6stetem Gem\u00fcse drumherum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hinweis<\/strong>: Wie lange muss der Blumenkohl ger\u00f6stet oder gebacken werden? Grunds\u00e4tzlich etwa 40-60 Minuten. Nat\u00fcrlich kann es auch etwas mehr oder weniger sein. Dies h\u00e4ngt jedoch auch von deinem Ofen ab, da einige \u00d6fen die Temperatur besser halten k\u00f6nnen als andere. Ich w\u00fcrde den Blumenkohl einfach mit einem Messer oder einer Gabel einstechen und sp\u00fcren, wie weich er ist. Wir m\u00f6chten, dass er bissfest, aber weich ist. Manche m\u00f6gen den Blumenkohl etwas weicher, andere etwas fester. Ich fange bei etwa 30 Minuten an. Sollte der Blumenkohl zu dunkel werden, einfach mit etwas Alufolie abdecken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background\" style=\"background-color:#f9f9f9\">Machst du dieses Rezept und probiere einige einfache Blumenkohlrezepte aus. Normalerweise schneide ich meine in St\u00fccke, um sie einfacher in einem Beh\u00e4lter aufzubewahren. Im Gefrierschrank kannst du es 1 Monat lang aufbewahren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#f0f0f0\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 id=\"beste-tipps\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Beste Tipps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Damit dieser Blumenkohl gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig ger\u00f6stet wird, ist es wichtig, dass der Blumenkohl nicht zu gro\u00df ist.<\/li><li>Hast du schon einmal deinen Blumenkohl mit den gr\u00fcnen Bl\u00e4ttern probiert? Versuch es. Ich mache das, wenn ich einen frischen Blumenkohl von guter Qualit\u00e4t kaufe, dessen Gr\u00fcn noch gut aussieht. Das Gr\u00fcn wird knusprig.
