Tahini mit Zitronensaft und Aquafaba in die K\u00fcchenmaschine oder den Hochleistungsmixer geben. Mixe, bis es cremig und glatt ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun die anderen Zutaten hinzugeben und erneut mixen, bis die gew\u00fcnschte Cremigkeit erreicht ist. Das kann etwa 4-5 Minuten dauern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt nochmals abschmecken und mit den Gew\u00fcrzen abschmecken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hinweis:<\/strong> Entferne die Kichererbsenschalen, um den cremigsten Hummus zu erhalten. Ich liebe kleine bis mittelgro\u00dfe Rote Bete, die sind schneller gekocht. Oder r\u00f6ste deine frische Rote Bete einfach im Ofen. Manchmal verwende ich vorgekochte Rote Bete, besonders an hektischen Tagen, und wir wollen trotzdem gesund essen.<\/li><li><strong>Tahini:<\/strong> Anstelle der Sesampaste kannst du auch gemahlene Sesamsamen verwenden, wenn du m\u00f6chtest. Du kannst diese auch weglassen und fettarm machen. Um den cremigsten Rote-Bete-Hummus zu erhalten, die Haut entfernen und einige Eisw\u00fcrfel oder kaltes Wasser hinzuf\u00fcgen und cremig mixen.<\/li><li><strong>Knoblauchpulver<\/strong>: Ein wenig Knoblauch verleiht diesem cremigen Hummus einen sch\u00f6nen Geschmack.<\/li><li><strong>Kardamom<\/strong>: Ich liebe die Kombination aus Rote Bete und Kardamom, das gibt so einen tollen Hummus-Geschmack. Du kannst dieses Gew\u00fcrz auch weglassen und etwas nach deinem eigenen Geschmack verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Kichererbsen:<\/strong> Du kannst Kichererbsen aus der Dose verwenden oder deine getrockneten Kichererbsen kochen.
