Du kannst das klassische Rezept auch variieren und andere Zutaten wie Oliven, Rote Beete, Pinienkerne hinzuf\u00fcgen. Dieser Aufstrich ist nicht nur eine gute kalorienarme Alternative zu Mayonnaise-haltigen Aufstrichen, er enth\u00e4lt auch mehr N\u00e4hrstoffe und Protein.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Was sind die Zutaten in selbstgemachten Hummus?&nbsp;<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kichererbsen:&nbsp; Ich kann dir eine Dose mit Bio Kichererbsen empfehlen. Diese sp\u00fclen wir ab, fangen dabei aber die Fl\u00fcssigkeit auf. Diese ben\u00f6tigen wir bei Bedarf noch.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;Tahini:&nbsp; Auch hier empfehle ich vom Kauf eines guten und hochwertigen Tahini. Diese Zutaten verleiht dem Hummus seinen bekannten Geschmack.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;Knoblauch: Du ben\u00f6tigst f\u00fcr dieses Rezept zwei Knoblauchzehen. Wenn Du auf mehr Knoblauch stehst, kannst Du gerne nach belieben mehr hinzuf\u00fcgen.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;Zitronensaft: Verwende hier bitte frisch gepressten Zitronensaft.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gemahlener Kreuzk\u00fcmmel: Zum einen geben wir einen Hauch Kreuzk\u00fcmmel dazu, nicht nur f\u00fcr den extra Geschmack sondern einfach weil K\u00fcmmel bei der Verdauung hilft.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquafaba :&nbsp; um den Hummus eine Spur cremiger zu machen, geben wir etwas Aquafaba dazu. Das ist das Abtropfwasser oder auch Kochwasser&nbsp; von Kichererbsen. Anstelle von \u00d6l dr\u00fcber tr\u00e4ufeln, geben wir in etwas Aquafaba Kurkuma und tr\u00e4ufeln dieses kurz vor dem Servieren \u00fcber den Hummus.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;Salz: Salz ist hier nicht unbedingt notwendig. Du kannst aber etwas Meersalz hinzugeben.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wie bereitet man hausgemachten Hummus zu?&nbsp;<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Als erstes beginnst du damit die Kichererbsen von der Schale zubefreien. Dazu kannst du diese einfach in einer Sch\u00fcssel mit ausreichend Wasser etwas zerdr\u00fccken und die Schalen l\u00f6sen sich oder in einer Pfanne mit Backpulver erw\u00e4rmen und dann mit kaltem Wasser abschrecken.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Genauere Anleitungen findest du oben im Text.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Als n\u00e4chstes r\u00fchrst du Tahini und Zitronensaft im Food Processor cremig.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Danach gibst du alle weiteren Zutaten hinzu. Daher ist der Hummus meist vegan. Wenn du Hummus im Gesch\u00e4ft kaufen solltest, w\u00fcrde ich einmal kurz auf die Zutatenliste schauen und schauen ob irgendwelche unerwarteten nicht-vegane Zutaten wie Milchpulver, Honig oder andere darauf stehen.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wird Hummus vegan im Gesch\u00e4ft verkauft?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Auf die Frage \"Ist Hummus vegan?\"&nbsp; kann ich grunds\u00e4tzlich mit einem Ja antworten. Wie schon oben dr\u00fcber geschrieben. Hummus wird normalerweise als vegan eingestuft, da dieser ohne tierische Produkte hergestellt wird. Es ist eine wahrliche N\u00e4hrstoffbombe.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kann ich eingekochte Kichererbsen oder getrocknete verwenden?&nbsp;<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wir bereiten in der Regel den Hummus mit gekochten Kichererbsen aus der Dose oder Glas zu. Es geht einfach schneller und das Ergebnis finde ich auch total cremig. Du kannst nat\u00fcrlich auch frisch Kichererbsen kochen. Wenn du mehr Zeit hast, soll der Hummus noch cremiger werden. Wobei ich selbst nicht viel unterschied gemerkt habe. Was hilft, die Schale der Kichererbsen grob zu entfernen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Du kannst auch Kichererbsen in gr\u00f6\u00dferen Mengen kochen und dann portionsweise einfrieren. Dabei ver\u00e4ndere einfach die Menge des Aquafabas oder f\u00fcge noch etwas Wasser hinzu, wenn es fl\u00fcssiger sein soll.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Schale der Kicherbsen entfernen hilft den Hummus noch cremiger zu machen. Ich gebe die Kichererbsen in eine Sch\u00fcssel f\u00fclle diese mit Wasser. Jetzt knete die Kichererbsen mit deiner Hand. Also in deiner Hand dr\u00fccken. Die Schale sollte sich l\u00f6sen und oben schwimmen. Jetzt kannst du die Schale absch\u00f6pfen. Du musst auch nicht alle entfernen. Es hilft wenn du es grob machst.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anstelle von Tahini (Sesammus) kannst du auch andere Nuss - oder Samenmuse verwenden. Schaue mal weiter oben.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der Hummus ist dir nicht cremig genug, lasse ihn noch etwas l\u00e4nger im Food Processor mixen.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Um ein noch cremigeres Ergebnis zu erzielen, gebe zuerst Tahini und Zitronensaft in den Food Processor und Mixe es erst cremig bevor du die anderen Zutaten hinzu gibst.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wie du Kichererbsen leicht sch\u00e4len kannst?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Damit sich Kichererbsen leicht sch\u00e4len kannst du diese in eine Pfanne mit ein EL Backpulver legen und r\u00fchre die Kichererbsen um, dabei werden alle Kicherbsen mit dem Backpulver umh\u00fcllt. Bei mittlerer Hitze erhitze die Pfanne und r\u00fchre dabei f\u00fcr 2-3 min st\u00e4ndig um bis die Schalen sich von den Kicherbsen l\u00f6sen.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nun gebe die Kicherbsen in eine gro\u00dfe Sch\u00fcssel und gie\u00dfe diese mit kaltem Wasser auf. Dabei einen sie mit den H\u00e4nden die Bohnen, so dass sich die Haut von den Kicherbsen l\u00f6sen. Die losen H\u00e4ute sollten an der Oberfl\u00e4che schwimmen. Dabei k\u00f6nnen sie diese einfach absch\u00f6pfen.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es m\u00fcssen nicht alle H\u00e4ute weg sein. Es reicht wenn der Gro\u00dfteil der Kichererbsen ohne Auf ist.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eine weitere Variante w\u00e4re die Kichererbsen im Wasser zu dr\u00fccken so dass sich die H\u00e4ute l\u00f6sen. Abtei ist es egal ob die Kichererbsen etwas kalt gehen, sie werden eh p\u00fcriert.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">F\u00fcr was kann ich Hummus verwenden?&nbsp;<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;Toast bzw. Brote : falls du instagram hast, dann hast du vielleicht schon gesehen, dass nehmen Avocado Brote, Hummus Toasts total beliebt sind.
