Lasse nun das Hefewasser f\u00fcr ca. 10 min stehen. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Du solltest sehen, dass die Hefe anf\u00e4ngt zu arbeiten. Die Hefe wird schaumig.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vermische das Mehl, die Kartoffelst\u00e4rke und gebe das Hefegemisch, sowie das Tahini dazu. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nun knete den Teig mit einer K\u00fcchenmaschine und dem Knethaken f\u00fcr ca. 10 min.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der Teig sollte etwas klebrig sein, aber sich vom Sch\u00fcsselrand l\u00f6sen. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nun gebe das Thymian, Rosmarin, 1 ger\u00f6stete Knoblauchzehe und das Meersalz hinzu. Und knete es nochmal ordentlich durch.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jetzt decke die Sch\u00fcssel mit dem Teig mit einem feuchten Tuch ab und lasse es f\u00fcr eine Stunde stehen. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jetzt knete nochmal kurz mit der Hand durch und lasse es nochmal gehen. Jetzt teile den Teig in 8 gleich gro\u00dfe Teile. Und gebe sie in eine mit Backpapier ausgelegte Form. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ich nehme eine 20 cm Springform oder Gusseiserne Pfanne. Decke die Br\u00f6tchen nochmal ab und lasse sie nochmal f\u00fcr ca. 30-60 min gehen. Ich stelle den Backofen in der Regel an, wenn sich die Br\u00f6tchen anfangen zu ber\u00fchren.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wenn der Bakofen auf 175 \u00b0 C vorgeheizt ist, dann kannst du die Br\u00f6tchen hineinschieben und f\u00fcr ca. 10-15 min backen oder bis sie eine sch\u00f6ne Farbe haben.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bepinsle die Br\u00f6tchen mit dem Aquafaba-Knoblauch Geschmisch und gebe gegebenenfalls noch ein paar frische Kr\u00e4uter dar\u00fcber.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7559\" src=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/vegan-herb-garlic-dinner-buns-1.jpg\" alt=\"Selbstgemachte vegane Dinner Buns (Amerikanische Br\u00f6tchen) mit Knoblauch, Kr\u00e4uter zubereitet aus Dinkelvollkornmehl. Wenn du die Hefe erst aktivierst, kann der Teig sp\u00e4ter aufgehen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Du solltest den Teig lange kneten, bis dieser sch\u00f6n elastisch ist. Die Elastizit\u00e4t hilft dabei, dass die Hefe besser arbeiten kann und der Teig besser aufgeht.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wenn du das Salz zu fr\u00fch hinzugebst, dann kann sich die Hefe nicht richtig mit dem Gluten zusammenschlie\u00dfen und der Teig geht nicht so sch\u00f6n auf.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Grunds\u00e4tzlich ist ein langes gehen lassen wichtig f\u00fcr alle Hefeteige. Bei Vollkornteigen ist es besonders wichtig, damit diese sch\u00f6n aufgehen und die Hefe richtig aktiv ist.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tips <\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ich benutze eine kleine Springform oder Pfanne, das hilft dabei dass Br\u00f6tchen sch\u00f6n hoch gehen <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich mehle gerne meine H\u00e4nde zuerst ein bevor ich anfange die Br\u00f6tchen zu formen. So bleibt der Teig nicht an deinen H\u00e4nden kleben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Damit deine Br\u00f6tchen gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig aufgehen, versuche gleich gro\u00dfe Br\u00f6tchen zu formen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dazu teile ich den Teig in gleichgro\u00dfe Teile. Am besten klappt das, wenn du deine Waage nimmst und dann teilst du das Gesamtgewicht durch die Anzahl der Br\u00f6tchen. Darunter ist es sch\u00f6n warm und der Teig geht schneller auf.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Du kannst nat\u00fcrlich auch einfach das Backofen-Licht anschalten und die Teigsch\u00fcssel darein stellen. Nun gebe das Thymian, Rosmarin, 1 ger\u00f6stete Knoblauchzehe und das Meersalz hinzu. Jetzt knete nochmal kurz mit der Hand durch und lasse es nochmal gehen. Jetzt teile den Teig in 8 gleich gro\u00dfe Teile. Und gebe sie in eine mit Backpapier ausgelegte Form. Ich nehme eine 20 cm Springform oder Gusseiserne Pfanne. Decke die Br\u00f6tchen nochmal ab und lasse sie nochmal f\u00fcr ca. 30-60 min gehen.
