Diese herzhafte vegane Partysuppe braucht nur wenige Zutaten und du wirst deinen Pizzahunger stillen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Und du kannst die Zutaten total variieren und nehmen, was du zu Hause hast. Du w\u00fcrfelst die Zwiebeln und schneidest die Champignons in Scheiben und dann in Streifen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du Tofu oder Tempeh verwendest, zerbr\u00f6sel diese und w\u00fcrze sie richtig. Gr\u00fcnkern oder TVP werden in hei\u00dfem Wasser mit Pizzagew\u00fcrzen (Oregano, Basilikum, Salz, Pfeffer) eingeweicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun die Champignons und Zwiebeln bei mittlerer Hitze anschwitzen. F\u00fcgen Sie dann den Tofu, Tempeh, Freekeh oder TVP hinzu. Und kurz anbraten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dcbrige Paprika oder anderes Gem\u00fcse w\u00fcrfeln. \u00d6ffne die Maisdose und sch\u00fctte das Wasser weg. Alle Zutaten bis auf das Wasser, Cashews und die Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche hinzugeben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt die Cashews mit Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche zu einer cremigen Konsistenz p\u00fcrieren. Diese in die Suppe geben. Probiere erneut und f\u00fcge einige Gew\u00fcrze hinzu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koche diese Suppe bei mittlerer Hitze, bis die Paprika und die anderen Zutaten weich sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du die vegane Pizzasuppe wie auf den Fotos mit Bl\u00e4tterteig oder M\u00fcrbeteig belegen m\u00f6chtest, dann verwende ofenfeste Schalen und schneide einen Kreis in der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Schale aus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schneide nun Gesichter wie bei K\u00fcrbislaternen oder anderen Motiven aus und lege den Teig auf die mit Pizzasuppe gef\u00fcllten Schalen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Ofen etwa 20 Minuten bei 190 C backen. Oder lasse einfach etwas weg. Das liegt ganz bei dir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wer keine Cashewn\u00fcsse essen kann, kann auch eine pflanzliche Milch verwenden und mit etwas Tapiokast\u00e4rke andicken. Oder du verwendest Kokosmilch oder Kokoscreme<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"substitutionen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Substitutionen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Gem\u00fcse<\/strong> \u2013 Du kannst entweder einen Teil des Gem\u00fcses weglassen oder durch anderes Gem\u00fcse deiner Wahl ersetzen.<\/li><li><strong>Cashewn\u00fcsse<\/strong> \u2013 Du kannst entweder wei\u00dfe Bohnen, K\u00fcrbiskerne oder Sonnenblumenkerne verwenden, um einen Sahneersatz herzustellen.<\/li><li><strong>Kr\u00e4uter <\/strong>\u2013 Anstatt Oregano, Basilikum zu verwenden, kannst du eine Gew\u00fcrzmischung wie italienische Kr\u00e4uter oder Pizzagew\u00fcrz verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Veganer Parmesan<\/strong> \u2013 wenn du m\u00f6chtest, kannst du deinen eigenen veganen Parmesan herstellen oder deinen Lieblingsparmesan aus dem Laden verwenden.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"variationen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Variationen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie ich oben erw\u00e4hnt habe, kannst du wirklich gerne das mitnehmen, was du zu Hause hast, oder deine Lieblingspizzabel\u00e4ge verwendest. Ich habe hier schon Zucchini und Oliven verwendet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst Brokkoli auch in R\u00f6schen teilen und in die Suppe geben. Du liebst Spinat auf deiner Pizza? Dann gebe einfach etwas Spinat hinzu. Dazu <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/vegane-pizza\/\">diesen Teig <\/a>backen und mit Aquafaba, gehacktem Knoblauch und etwas Oregano bestreichen.<\/li><li>Oder du servierst die Suppe wie auf diesen Fotos mit einem Bl\u00e4tterteig- oder M\u00fcrbeteigbelag.<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/baguette\/\">Baguette<\/a>, Br\u00f6tchen, Ciabatta aufbacken. Diese in Scheiben schneiden und zur Suppe servieren.<\/li><li>F\u00fcr eine kohlenhydratarme Version einfach ein paar K\u00f6rner r\u00f6sten oder wie Cro\u00fbtons oder Cracker \u00fcber die Suppe streuen.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"aufbewahrung\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Aufbewahrung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Deine Suppe h\u00e4lt sich in einem geschlossenen Beh\u00e4lter ein paar Tage im K\u00fchlschrank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du die Suppe am Vortag zubereitet hast, kannst du die Suppe einfach im Topf und mit Deckel im K\u00fchlschrank lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Suppe auf Raumtemperatur abgek\u00fchlt ist, bevor Sie sie in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst diese fleischlose Suppe auch portionsweise einfrieren. Daf\u00fcr friere ich meistens 4 Portionen in einem Beh\u00e4ltnis ein, da wir zu Hause  4 Personen sind. Zum Beispiel am Wochenende und man hat unter der Woche etwas zu essen. Eventuell dickt die Suppe etwas ein, dann einfach mit etwas Wasser verd\u00fcnnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e4sst man die Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche, sowie die Cashewn\u00fcsse weg, hat man eine leckere
