Aber nicht dieser Wei\u00dfkohlsalat. Wir zaubern unsere gesunde, vegane Variante ganz ohne \u00d6l. Daf\u00fcr mit Essig. Du wirst sehen, dir f\u00e4llt gar nicht auf, dass das \u00d6l fehlt. Geschmacklich nimmt es dem Salat nichts ab und du erh\u00e4lst somit eine kalorienreduzierte und gesunde Variante.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Zwiebel:<\/span><\/strong> Um dem Krautsalat das Gewisse etwas zu verleihen, werden wir eine Zwiebel in den Salat reiben. Diese verleiht dem Salat ein Umami-Geschmack. Zwiebel haben nicht nur eine antibakterielle Wirkung, sie stecken ebenfalls voller Vitamin C. Wusstest du das Zwiebeln dabei unterst\u00fctzen den Blutzuckerspiegel zu regulieren? Zwiebeln sollen ebenfalls gesund f\u00fcr die Knochen sein und f\u00fcr starke Knochen sorgen. Nicht nur Wei\u00dfkohl ist gut f\u00fcr die Verdauung, auch die Zwiebel steckt voller Ballaststoffe und hilft bei der Verdauung.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>K\u00fcmmel:<\/strong><\/span> K\u00fcmmel ist bei Krautgerichten eigentlich nicht wegzudenken. Nicht nur bei Sauerkraut unterst\u00fctzt der K\u00fcmmel bei der Verdauung, auch bei Krautsalaten oder anderen Kohlgerichten. Verwechsle K\u00fcmmel und Kreuzk\u00fcmmel nicht. Auch wenn diese in ihrer Wirkung sehr \u00e4hnlich sind, schmecken sie doch sehr unterschiedlich. Was ich selbst beim Einkauf erleben konnte. Kreuzk\u00fcmmel wird eher in orientalischen Gerichten verwendet und schmeckt eher bitter-scharf, w\u00e4hrend K\u00fcmmel pfeffrig-s\u00fc\u00df ist.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wie wird Krautsalat hergestellt?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">F\u00fcr die Herstellung von dem leckeren veganen Krautsalat brauchst du nicht viel. Du schneidest den Wei\u00dfkohl in schmale Streifen. Hier benutze ich am Liebsten einen Food Processor. Es geht nicht nur schneller, die Streifen sind auch gleichbleibend breit. Und wenn du den Kohl durch die Maschine l\u00e4sst, kannst du direkt die Zwiebel mit durchlassen. Des Weiteren ben\u00f6tigst du Essigessenz, K\u00fcmmel, Salz und Pfeffer. Also nicht einen festen Kohl, der noch nicht viel Geschmack angenommen hat. Dann musst du eigentlich nur zwei Dinge beachten:&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Du musst den Kohl ordentlich massieren \/ kneten. Hierzu nimmst du am besten deine H\u00e4nde und knetest hin als w\u00e4re es ein Hefeteig. So wird der Krautsalat sch\u00f6n weich&nbsp; und schmeckt hervorragend zu D\u00f6ner und anderen Gerichten.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Im Anschluss ist es wichtig, dass der Krautsalat durchziehen kann. Dazu lasse ich den Wei\u00dfkohlsalat gerne auf der Arbeitsfl\u00e4che ein paar Stunden, besser \u00fcber Nacht, stehen. Hier beachte bitte, dass du eine verschlie\u00dfbare Sch\u00fcssel nimmst.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Was als \u00d6lersatz f\u00fcr den Wei\u00dfkohlsalat verwenden?&nbsp;<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wie du sicherlich anhand der Zutatenliste gesehen hast, verwenden wir kein \u00d6l in diesem Rezept. Jetzt fragst du dich vielleicht, wie den Geschmack an den Krautsalat kommt. Meine Oma hat mir immer erz\u00e4hlt, dass Fett am Essen wichtig ist, da dieses Geschmacksstoffe besser tr\u00e4gt und das Essen so erst richtig Geschmack entfaltet. Der Meinung bin ich allerdings, ich finde bei diesem Krautsalat merkt man absolut nicht, dass \u00d6l fehlt bzw. gar keins verwendet wird. Wer allerdings doch etwas Geschmack in den Krautsalat bekommen m\u00f6chte. Kann erstmal mit der Menge des Essigs und anderen Gew\u00fcrzen spielen. Ansonsten kann man auch gerne einen Schluck Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche hinzugeben.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Feiner Krautsalat: Wie wird der Wei\u00dfkohl so fein?&nbsp;<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das ist total einfach. Wenn du keine K\u00fcchenmaschine wie einen Food Processor hast, kannst du ganz einfach ein scharfes Messer nehmen und den Kohl ganz fein schneiden. So hast du am n\u00e4chsten Tag weniger Arbeit und der Kohlsalat hat seinen vollen Geschmack entfaltet. Am n\u00e4chsten Tag kannst du den Salat nochmal abschmecken und gegebenenfalls kurz massieren\/kneten.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wie lange ist der hausgemachte Krautsalat haltbar?&nbsp;<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bei uns h\u00e4lt sich der Krautsalat ungef\u00e4hr 1 Woche im K\u00fchlschrank, dabei ist wichtig, den Wei\u00dfkohlsalat in einem verschlie\u00dfbaren Beh\u00e4lter aufzubewahren. \u00c4lter wie 1 Woche wurde er bisher in unserem Haushalt nicht, da wir diesen meist bis dahin aufgegessen haben.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wird der Kohlsalat mit Zucker zubereitet?&nbsp;<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dieser vegane Krautsalat, ben\u00f6tigt absolut kein Zucker. Der Wei\u00dfkohl hat von Natur aus einen s\u00fc\u00dflichen Geschmack.
