Diese Essigvariante ist s\u00fc\u00dfer im Geschmack und harmoniert hervorragend mit dem Geschmack des Rotkohls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Gew\u00fcrze: <\/b><\/span>Damit der unglaublich fruchtige und s\u00fc\u00dfliche Geschmack des Rotkohls unterst\u00fctzt wird, brauchen wir nicht viel mehr als etwas Meersalz &amp; schwarzen Pfeffer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus kannst du optional etwas K\u00fcmmel hinzuf\u00fcgen, welches dir beim Verdauen hilft und dem Salat eine gewisse Note verleiht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zubereitung<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Du musst nicht viel machen um den Rotkohlsalat zuzubereiten. Hast du vielleicht einen Food Processor? <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dann sparst du sogar noch mehr Zeit. Und wenn nicht, ist es auch nicht schlimm, hier musst du nur ein paar mehr Minuten investieren um diesen grandiosen, einfachen Salat zu kreieren. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Du musst den Rotkohl in feine Streifen schneiden. Dazu nehme ich den Rotkohl, viertele diesen und entferne den Strunk.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jetzt kannst du ein Messer nehmen und ganz feine Streifen schneiden oder du nimmst deinen Food Prozessor und l\u00e4sst den Kohl durch die Maschine. Zweitere Variante geht um einiges schneller. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das Ganze kannst du auch gerne mit der Schalotte machen. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zum Schluss musst du nur noch die restlichen Zutaten dazugeben und kurz kneten \/ massieren. Und voil\u00e0 dein \u00f6lfreier, veganer Slaw ist fast fertig.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">im Voraus zubereiten\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ich fange gerne den Abend vorher an, damit dieser durchzieht und weicher von der Struktur wird. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dazu musst du einfach alle Zutaten zu dem geschnitten Kohl geben und kr\u00e4ftig durchkneten. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So wird die Struktur etwas weicher.
