Aus den oben genannten Zutaten eine Marinade mischen und den Tofu unter die Marinade mischen und beiseite stellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schneide das Gem\u00fcse wie den Baby Pak Choi in mundgerechte St\u00fccke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mische die Chop-Suey-Sauce mit den oben genannten Zutaten. Wenn du ein Saucenmensch bist, bereite die doppelte Menge zu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun den Tofu im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 180 C ca. 5 - 10 min backen oder bis er knusprig ist. Backe es so, dass die Au\u00dfenkanten deinen W\u00fcnschen entsprechen. Je fester es ist, desto fester bleibt der Tofu danach in der Sauce und wird nicht matschig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun das Gem\u00fcse bis auf die Sprossen in wenig Wasser in einem gro\u00dfen Topf bei mittlerer Hitze kr\u00e4ftig anschwitzen. Zuerst die Karotten, dann die Paprika zugeben. Zum Schluss die Sprossen. Ich liebe die Zugabe von knusprigem Tofu. Du kannst auch Sojaschnetzel hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li><li><strong>Gelbe Zwiebel:<\/strong> Anstelle einer gelben Zwiebel kannst du rote Zwiebeln oder Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Bambussprossen<\/strong>: Anstelle der Bambussprossen mehr Mungobohnensprossen hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li><li><strong>Frisches Gem\u00fcse<\/strong>: Du kannst eine Vielzahl von Gem\u00fcsesorten wie gr\u00fcne Paprika, gr\u00fcne Bohnen, Kaiserschoten oder traditionelles chinesisches Gem\u00fcse verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Maisst\u00e4rke<\/strong>: F\u00fcge etwas Kartoffelst\u00e4rke anstelle von Maisst\u00e4rke hinzu. Wer m\u00f6chte, kann auch Kartoffelp\u00fcree hinzugeben.<\/li><li><strong>Reisessig:<\/strong> Versuche stattdessen etwas Zitronensaft.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"variationen\"><br>Variationen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Wein:<\/strong> F\u00fcge nach dem Anbraten des Gem\u00fcses etwas chinesischen Kochwein hinzu.
