Hier zeige ich dir ein paar Beispiele an, wie du welche Zutaten ersetzen kannst.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tofu\">Tofu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Anstelle von R\u00fchrtofu kannst du auch ein R\u00fchrei mit Kichererbsenmehl zu bereiten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dazu bereite einfach mein <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/vegan-omelet\/\">Omelettrezept <\/a>zu und bereite es wie R\u00fchrei zu. Zerkleinere es in der Pfanne als w\u00fcrdest du ein R\u00fchrei aus Eiern machen.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine Alternative zu Tofu und Kichererbsen sind Mung Beans. Dazu einfach moong dal (gesch\u00e4lte Mung Bohnen) zu einem Mehl verarbeiten. Und wie bei meinem Omlettrezept weiterfahren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-welchen-tofu-sollte-ich-benutzen\">Welchen Tofu sollte ich benutzen?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich habe bisher R\u00fchrtofu mit festem Tofu, medium festen Tofu und weichen Tofu (Seidentofu) hergestellt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der feste Tofu muss ich sagen, ist die Konsistenz zu fest von den veganen R\u00fchreiern, die nicht so das Original wiederspiegeln. Seidentofu hat zu viel Fl\u00fcssigkeit, so dass es ewig braucht zum kochen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Medium Tofu benutze ich bereits in meinem <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/veganer-eiersalat\/\">veganen Eiersalat<\/a> was einfach die perfekte Konsistenz f\u00fcr Eier hat, nutze ich auch in diesem veganen R\u00fchrei-Rezept. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es ist weich wie R\u00fchrei und ist schneller fertig als Seidentofu. Dein go-to Tofu sollte demnach ein medium Tofu sein.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir finden diese hier in gut sortierten Superm\u00e4rkten. Eventuell musst du in Deutschland in einem Asia Shop mal schauen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-kokosaminos\">Kokosaminos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kokosaminos ist eine W\u00fcrzsauce die sojafrei und glutenfrei ist. Sie ist ein toller Ersatz f\u00fcr Sojasauce. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In dem Video benutzte ich Sojasauce. Du kannst aber Kokosaminos, Tamari und Sojasauce zu gleichen Mengen ersetzen.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-schnittlauch\">Schnittlauch<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst hier Schnittlauch verwenden, wenn du jetzt keinen Schnittlauch hast, aber daf\u00fcr Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln, dann verwende doch einfach Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-gew-rze\">Gew\u00fcrze<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nat\u00fcrlich kannst du auch andere Gew\u00fcrze zu deinem R\u00fchrtofu hinzuf\u00fcgen. Dies hier sind meine Lieblingsgew\u00fcrze. Ich hab auch oft eine R\u00fchrei-Gew\u00fcrzmischung, mit der ich gerne meine pflanzlichen R\u00fchrei w\u00fcrze.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-r-hrei-gew-rzmischung\">R\u00fchrei-Gew\u00fcrzmischung<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>1.5 EL Meersalz<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0.5 EL Kala Namak&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 EL Tellicherry Pfeffer&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 TL&nbsp; Paprika edels\u00fc\u00df<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 EL Petersilie, getrocknet&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 EL Schnittlauch, getrocknet<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 TL Kurkumapulver<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 TL Zwiebelpulver<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 TL Knoblauchpulver<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meersalz, Kala Namak, Pfeffer, Paprika, Knoblauchpulver, Zwiebelpulver und Kurkuma in eine Gew\u00fcrzm\u00fchle geben und zerkleinern. Mit Petersilie und Schnittlauch vermengen. Auf zwei P\u00e4ckchen Tofu gebe ich ca. 2-3 TL. Wie bereits erw\u00e4hnt, handelt es sich bereits um ein glutenfreies, \u00f6lfreies, sojafreies und nussfreies Rezept. Es ist au\u00dferdem whole food plant based freundlich.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tofu-frei\">&nbsp;Tofu frei<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Die&nbsp; Hauptzutat in diesem Rezept ist Tofu. Wie bereits weiter oben schon erw\u00e4hnt, kannst du auch mein Omelettrezept als R\u00fchrei zubereiten, dazu einfach das Omelett in der Pfanne zerkleinern wie du es bei einem R\u00fchrei machst.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"empfohlenes-equipment\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Empfohlenes Equipment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr dieses vegane Fr\u00fchst\u00fccksrezept ben\u00f6tigst du nicht viel.&nbsp; Eine <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3vfbun5\">Bratpfanne<\/a> (ich liebe diese Marke), eine <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3la4aV9\">Sch\u00fcssel<\/a>, eventuell eine <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3l7R8aY\">Gew\u00fcrzm\u00fchle<\/a> (genau diese besitze ich).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"zubereitung\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Zubereitung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fange damit an den Tofu in einer Sch\u00fcssel zu zerbr\u00f6ckeln. Gebe nun die Kokosaminos oder Sojasauce sowie die restlichen Gew\u00fcrze hinzu. Verr\u00fchre es bis der komplette Tofu gew\u00fcrzt ist.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun gebe es in eine Pfanne und brate den zerbr\u00f6ckelten Tofu an. Hier kannst du den Tofu anbraten, bis du die gew\u00fcnschte Konsistenz erreicht hast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach ca. 5 Minuten sollte dieser fertig sein. Ich mag meinen leicht braun und knusprig au\u00dfen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Genie\u00dfen Sie es war ein paar Toast oder mit einem Salat. Sie k\u00f6nnen den R\u00fchrei wie R\u00fchrei verwenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-im-voraus-zubereiten\">im Voraus zubereiten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst den Tofu soweit fertig machen und w\u00fcrzen und im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahren. Das kannst du ca. 1-2 Tage vorher machen und dann einfach den Tofu kurz vor dem Servieren in der Pfanne anbraten.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"serviermoeglichkeiten\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Servierm\u00f6glichkeiten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Den R\u00fchrtofu kannst du entweder wie&nbsp; gewohnt R\u00fchreier servieren. Du kannst daraus ein Fr\u00fchst\u00fccksburrito zubereiten. Du kannst es zu Kokosspeck und Pfannkuchen servieren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst auch Gem\u00fcse zu deinem veganen R\u00fchrei hinzuf\u00fcgen. Hier zeige ich dir wie du es aufbewahren kannst.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-k-hlschrank\">K\u00fchlschrank<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In einem luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter h\u00e4lt sich das vegane R\u00fchrei ca. 1 Woche. So kannst du es unter der Woche als Meal Prep essen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-einfrieren\">Einfrieren<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Du hast entweder die M\u00f6glichkeit den Tofu vor dem Anbraten einzufrieren und dann aufzutauen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oder du frierst ihn nach dem Anbraten ein. Beides funktioniert super. Eventuell ver\u00e4ndert sich die Textur etwas, aber ich finde es schmeckt immer noch super.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gerade wenn du wei\u00dft, es steht eine stressige Zeit an, so kannst du den veganen R\u00fchrtofu wirklich in gr\u00f6\u00dferen Mengen zubereiten und einfrieren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So musst du dir keine Gedanken machen, was du essen k\u00f6nntest. Im Gefrierschrank h\u00e4lt sich der R\u00fchrtofu f\u00fcr ca. 4 Monate.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"tipps\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Tipps&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Zerbr\u00f6ckelte den Tofu am besten mit deinen H\u00e4nden, das geht am schnellsten und du kannst wirklich alles zerkleinern.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich vermenge auch die Gew\u00fcrze mit der Hand.
