Das ist ganz dir \u00fcberlassen.&nbsp; Beides funktioniert super.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ananassaft\">Ananassaft<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Anstelle von Ananassaft kannst du auch Wasser verwenden f\u00fcr diese BBQ Jackfrucht Sandwichs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ahornsirup\">Ahornsirup&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du keinen Ahornsirup verwenden m\u00f6chtest, kannst du diesen entweder weglassen oder durch Dattelmus ersetzen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sojaso-e\">Sojaso\u00dfe<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Sojaso\u00dfe kannst du durch eine glutenfreie Sojaso\u00dfe (Tamari) ersetzen oder durch eine sojafreie W\u00fcrzso\u00dfe wie Kokosaminos ersetzen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-melasse\">Melasse<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Anstelle von Melasse kannst du auch Zuckerr\u00fcbensirup verwenden. Schaue einfach was du zu Hause hast. Du musst nicht extra Melasse kaufen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-br-tchen\">Br\u00f6tchen&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst entweder Br\u00f6tchen kaufen oder auch selber machen. Aus meinen Hot Dog Br\u00f6tchen kannst du auch Burger Br\u00f6tchen formen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"variationen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Variationen&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Schauen wir uns jetzt einmal wie du die veganen BBQ Sandwiches anpassen kannst.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-glutenfrei\">Glutenfrei&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Verwende glutenfreie Br\u00f6tchen und Tamari oder Kokosaminos umd das Rezept glutenfrei zu machen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sojafrei\">Sojafrei&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Genauso verwende Kokosaminos anstelle von Sojaso\u00dfe um dein Rezept sojafrei herzustellen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nussfrei\">Nussfrei&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei dem veganen BBQ Jackfrucht Sandwich handelt es sich bereits um ein nussfreies Rezept. Wir brauchen nur den weichen Teil. Gegebenenfalls noch Kerne entfernen und die Jackfrucht mit der Gabel zerpfl\u00fccken.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den Backofen auf 200\u00b0C Umluft vorheizen. F\u00fcr die So\u00dfe alle Zutaten in einer Sch\u00fcssel verr\u00fchren. Nun die Jackfrucht in die So\u00dfe geben. Und auf einem mit Backpapier ausgelegten Backblech geben. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Backofen f\u00fcr ca. 15 min. backen. Die Ananasst\u00fccke unterheben und nochmal f\u00fcr mind. 5 min im Backofen backen. Oder bis die gew\u00fcnschte Konsistenz erreicht ist.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr die Guacamole alle Zutaten bis auf die Lauchzwiebel in einen Standmixer geben und fein mixen. Die Guacamole wird nicht so lange halten. Bereite diese am besten frisch zu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-wie-einfrieren\">Wie einfrieren?&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Jackfrucht kannst du auch super einfrieren. Dazu einfach Portionsweise einfrieren und dann herausnehmen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-wie-aufw-rmen\">Wie aufw\u00e4rmen?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Am besten im Backofen erw\u00e4rmen. So schmeckt es wie frisch zubereitet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"tipps\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Tipps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du ein BBQ Sandwich ohne Ananas m\u00f6chtest empfehle ich dir mein anderes Rezept mal auszuprobieren, was ich mit Coleslaw (Krautsalat) serviere.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Achte beim Kauf darauf, dass du keine s\u00fc\u00dfe Jackfrucht sondern junge Jackfrucht in Salzlake kaufst.
