Wenn du gr\u00fcnen Spargel verwendest, brauchst du nur die holzigen Enden abzuschneiden. Die Spargelstangen auf ein Backblech legen und mit Zitronensaft, Kr\u00e4utern, Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche, Salz und schwarzem Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Jetzt den Spargel ca. 10-15 Minuten backen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit einem Messer einstechen und pr\u00fcfen, ob der Spargel weich ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr die Champignons die Champignons in Scheiben schneiden und die Zwiebel w\u00fcrfeln, den Knoblauch hacken. Nun alle drei in eine Pfanne mit einem Schuss Wasser geben und bei mittlerer Hitze kr\u00e4ftig anbraten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ab und zu einen Schluck Wasser zugeben. Pilze mit K\u00fcmmel, Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Die Champignons mit der Cashewcreme verfeinern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toaste nun dein Brot und belege es mit Salat, Rote-Bete-Scheiben, Spargel und sautierten Champignons. Jetzt mit Sprossen bestreuen. Genie\u00dfe es als einfache Beilage oder als Hauptgericht. Guten Appetit!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hinweis<\/strong>: Um das volle Aroma der Pilze zu erhalten, beginne mit der Zugabe von Wasser, sobald die Pilze anfangen zu br\u00e4unen oder sogar anfangen, an der Pfanne zu kleben. Am liebsten esse ich selbstgemachtes Vollkornbrot oder Sauerteigbrot. Du kannst auch ein leckeres glutenfreies Brot nehmen und dieses verwenden. Statt Brot kann man auch einfach eine Scheibe S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln toasten.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Spargel<\/strong> \u2013 Verwende hier wei\u00dfen oder gr\u00fcnen Spargel. Leider gibt es hier in den USA nur gr\u00fcnen Spargel. Ich mag eine Kombination aus beidem, wenn ich in Deutschland bin. So lecker. Verwende jeden Spargel, den du bekommen kannst. Lila ist auch toll.<\/li><li><strong>Rote Bete<\/strong> \u2013 Ich liebe es, eingelegte Rote Bete zu verwenden, normalerweise machen wir meine eigene. Du kannst die Bete auch im Ofen zusammen mit dem Spargel r\u00f6sten. Sie brauchen nur etwas l\u00e4nger. Goldene Bete ist auch erstaunlich.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Pilze<\/strong> - H\u00e4ngt davon ab, was ich in die Finger bekomme. Ich liebe es, verschiedene Arten von Pilzen wie Baby-Bella-Pilze, Cremini-Pilze, Shiitake-Pilze oder wilde Pilze wie Pfifferlinge und K\u00f6nigsseitlinge zu verwenden, um dieses schnelle Rezept zuzubereiten.<\/li><li><strong>Cashewn\u00fcsse<\/strong> \u2013 Wenn du keine Cashewn\u00fcsse verwenden m\u00f6chtest, um es nussfrei zu machen, verwende einfach Sonnenblumenkerne. Nehme dazu einfach 20 g auf 180 ml Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"variationen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Variationen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich liebe es immer, meine Rezepte auf unterschiedliche Weise zuzubereiten. So wird es nie langweilig und du bekommst immer leckere vegane Rezepte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Italienisch<\/strong>: Verwende anstelle des Kr\u00e4uters der Provence italienisches Gew\u00fcrz.<\/li><li><strong>Crunch:<\/strong> Bestreue den Toast mit K\u00fcrbiskernen oder ger\u00f6steten Mandeln f\u00fcr einen zus\u00e4tzlichen Crunch.<\/li><li>Topping: Statt Sprossen k\u00f6nnest du auch gehackte Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln, rote Zwiebel verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Wei\u00dfwein: <\/strong>Die Champignons mit einem Schuss Wei\u00dfwein abl\u00f6schen, bevor die Cashewcreme dazugegeben wird.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"equipment\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Equipment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Um dieses Rezept zuzubereiten, ben\u00f6tigst du einen <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3kcGPWn\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener sponsored nofollow\">Toaster<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3W8pXNQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener sponsored nofollow\">eine Bratpfanne<\/a> (die von mir verwendete Marke) und ein Backblech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"900\" data-pin-url=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/veganes-schlemmer-brot-mit-spargel\/?tp_image_id=5151\" src=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/vegan-spargel-schlemmer-brot-asparagus-toast-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5151\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"aufbewahrung\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Aufbewahrung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich empfehle, nur so viele Brote zu belegen, wie tats\u00e4chlich gegessen werden. Du kannst alle Toppings separat aufbewahren, um sp\u00e4ter dieses Pilzrezept zuzubereiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>K\u00fchlschrank<\/strong><br>Das Gem\u00fcse ist im K\u00fchlschrank ca. 4 Tage in luftdichten Beh\u00e4ltern. Einfach nochmal kurz erhitzen und dann auf den Toast geben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gefrierschrank<\/strong><br>Du kannst das Gem\u00fcse auch separat einfrieren. Einfach am Vorabend herausnehmen und im K\u00fchlschrank auftauen lassen. Mahle einfach alle Kr\u00e4uter in einer Kaffee- oder Gew\u00fcrzm\u00fchle.<br>4 Teel\u00f6ffel Basilikum, getrocknet<br>4 Teel\u00f6ffel Bohnenkraut, getrocknet<br>4 Teel\u00f6ffel Lavendelbl\u00fcten, getrocknet (optional)<br>4 Teel\u00f6ffel Oregano, getrocknet<br>4 Teel\u00f6ffel Rosmarin, getrocknet<br>4 Teel\u00f6ffel Thymian, getrocknet<br>Eignet sich Pilz zum Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pilze k\u00f6nnen zu weniger Hunger und einem gr\u00f6\u00dferen S\u00e4ttigungsgef\u00fchl f\u00fchren, so dass es helfen kann, sp\u00e4ter weniger Kalorien zu sich zu nehmen, wenn man ein pilzreiches Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck isst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wie mache ich mein Pilze nicht matschig?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beim Kochen von Pilzen ist es wichtig, so wenig Wasser wie m\u00f6glich zu verwenden; sie geben beim Erhitzen auf nat\u00fcrliche Weise Feuchtigkeit ab. Vergesse nicht, dass du f\u00fcr maximalen Geschmack und Textur auch die Kamellen unter den Kappen behalten (oder wegschneiden!) kannst - sogar dieser Teil von verleiht einen leckeren
