D\u00e4mpfe diese in etwas Wasser, bis sie glasig werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun gibst du die Kichererbsen hinzu und br\u00e4tst sie kurz an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den Spinat dazugeben und zusammenfallen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gebe nun die st\u00fcckigen Tomaten und das Tomatenp\u00fcree sowie die Gew\u00fcrze hinzu. Die reichhaltige Tomatensauce mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun den Feta in 4 gleiche Teile schneiden und in die Pfanne geben. Die Pfanne bei niedriger bis mittlerer Hitze k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis der Feta weich ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Achte darauf, die Pfanne nicht zu r\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hinweis:<\/strong> Verwende etwas indisches schwarzes Salz, um etwas Eigeschmack hinzuzuf\u00fcgen. Verwende dazu einfach die gleiche Menge der anderen Bohnen. Diese sind auch proteinreich.<\/li><li><strong>Veganer Feta<\/strong> \u2013 F\u00fcr das vegane Shakshuka kannst du entweder <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/veganer-feta-kaese\/\">hausgemachten veganen Feta<\/a> oder gekauften veganen Feta verwenden. Du kannst das afrikanische Gericht ohne Beilage essen oder es mit knusprigem Brot wie Naan oder Fladenbrot servieren. Das Gericht stammt urspr\u00fcnglich aus Nordafrika und wurde von nordafrikanischen Einwanderern nach Israel gebracht, wo es heute ein traditionelles Gericht ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du findest Shakshuka in vielen L\u00e4ndern des Nahen Ostens und jedes Land hat seine eigene Version. Ich habe meine eigene Variante ausprobiert und durch den veganen Feta und Spinat ist diese Pfanne unglaublich lecker und man kann komplett auf Ei-Ersatz verzichten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shakshuka wird traditionell als Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck gegessen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Was ist Shakshuka \u00e4hnlich?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Einer seiner Cousins \u200b\u200bist Eier im Fegefeuerrezept. Hergestellt aus Tomatensauce und Paprikaflocken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kann man Shakshuka-Reste essen? Kann ich es zubereiten?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reste kannst du problemlos essen. Ich empfehle, den veganen K\u00e4se noch nicht hinzuzuf\u00fcgen.
