Du kannst hier entweder ein Weizenmehl oder ein Dinkelmehl verwenden. Ich kann mir auch vorstellen, dass eine glutenfreie Mehlmischung oder auch Hafermehl funktionieren k\u00f6nnen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mandelmehl&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Da wir in dem Rezept kein \u00d6l verwenden, hilft es den M\u00fcrbeteig m\u00fcrbig zu machen ohne, dass er fest wird. Er h\u00e4lt ne tolle lockere Textur. Wenn du kein Mandelmehl verwenden m\u00f6chtest, kannst du auch gemahlene Haseln\u00fcsse, gemahlene Sonnenblumenkerne oder auch K\u00fcrbiskerne verwenden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mandelmus<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Mandelmus hilft dabei, dass der Teig nicht trocken wird. Du kannst auch \u00d6l verwenden. Ich bevorzuge allerdings eine wenig verarbeitete Alternative wie Nussmus oder Samenmus. Du kannst hier auch Tahini oder auch Sonnenblumenmus verwenden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kartoffelst\u00e4rke<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hier kannst du auch auf Pfeilwurzelst\u00e4rke zur\u00fcckgreifen, wenn du m\u00f6chtest. Oder auf \u00fcbliche Speisest\u00e4rke<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Seidentofu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du keinen Tofu f\u00fcr die Quiche verwenden m\u00f6chtest, empfehle ich dir meinen Kichererbsen-Omelette zuzubereiten und dieses als Quichef\u00fcllung zu verwenden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cashews<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Cashews helfen dabei, dass die Quiche cremig wird. Du kannst hier auch Sonnenblumenkerne verwenden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Haselnuss gemahlen&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du keine Haseln\u00fcsse verwenden m\u00f6chtest, kannst du auch Mandeln. Ich kann mir auch vorstellen, dass du Sonnenblumenkerne oder auch K\u00fcrbiskerne mahlen kannst.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Miso<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Miso ist optional und verleiht den K\u00e4se-Streuseln eine tolle k\u00e4sige, w\u00fcrzige Note. Du kannst es aber auch weglassen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"variationen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">Variationen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Schauen wir uns mal wenn du die vegane Quiche noch an andere Ern\u00e4hrungsformen anpassen m\u00f6chtest.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Glutenfrei&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst einen glutenfreien M\u00fcrbeteig machen, in dem du den Teig mit glutenfreiem Mehl zubereitest.&nbsp; Genauso kannst du f\u00fcr die Streusel glutenfreies Mehl verwenden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sojafrei<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Da wir in der F\u00fcllung Tofu verwenden, handelt es sich nicht um eine sojafreie Quiche. Du kannst aber eine sojafreie vegane Quiche herstellen, in dem du eine Quiche-F\u00fcllung auf Basis von Kichererbsen zubereitest. Dazu einfach mein Omelette-Rezept zubereiten. Je nachdem wirst du da die doppelte Menge zubereiten wollen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nussfrei<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Da wir N\u00fcsse als gesunde Fettalternative verwenden, kannst du diese aber auch durch Samen austauschen. Dazu einfach Sonnenblumenkerne oder auch K\u00fcrbiskerne verwenden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"900\" data-pin-url=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/vegane-garten-gemuese-quiche\/?tp_image_id=5033\" src=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/vegan-garden-veggie-quiche-cheesy-crumbs-1.jpg\" alt=\"Vegan garden veggie quiche oilfree\" class=\"wp-image-5033\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"zubereitung\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zubereitung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Heize den Backofen vor auf 180\u00b0C.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fange damit den M\u00fcrbeteig zubereiten. Dazu alle Zutaten in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben und mit deinen H\u00e4nden zu einem kr\u00fcmeligen Teig verarbeiten. Der Teig erinnert etwas an Streusel. Gebe etwas Wasser gegebenenfalls hinzu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lege nun die Springform (26 cm ) mit Backpapier aus und rolle den Teig entsprechen aus. Der Teig sollte ca. 3 cm den Rand hochgehen. Backe den Teig nun blind f\u00fcr ca. 10 min.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schneide nun das Gem\u00fcse klein und gebe es auf den Quiche-Boden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mixe alle Zutaten f\u00fcr die Creme in einem Hochleistungsmixer bis du eine cremige Konsistenz hast. Schmecke die Creme mit Meersalz und Pfeffer ab.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verteile die Creme \u00fcber das Gem\u00fcse.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun bereite die Streusel. Dazu verf\u00e4hrst du wie bei dem Boden. Gebe alle Zutaten in eine Sch\u00fcssel und verknete mit den H\u00e4nden. Schmecke die Streusel kurz&nbsp; ab. Wenn sie dir nicht k\u00e4sig genug sind, gebe etwas mehr Hefeflocken hinzu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verteile die Streusel auf der Quiche und backe die Streusel f\u00fcr ca. 40 min.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;Im Voraus zubereiten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Quiche kannst du auch im Voraus zubereiten. Entweder nur die Teige und die Creme oder du backst sie und bewahrst sie im K\u00fchlschrank auf. Ich kann mir aber vorstellen, dass du diese einfrieren kannst und dann im Backofen aufbacken, ohne sie aufzutauen. So wird sie nicht zu feucht. Probier's einfach mal aus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"tipps\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tipps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">gekaufter M\u00fcrbeteig&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst hier auch einen vorgefertigten Teig verwenden, wobei dieser nicht \u00f6lfrei sein wird. Ich empfehle dir schnell den Teig selbst zuzubereiten.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kannst du veganen M\u00fcrbeteig kaufen?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Viele verwenden keine Butter stattdessen ein \u00d6l. Aber auch hir empfehle ich dir immer auf die Zutatenliste zu schauen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ohne Boden&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst sie auch bodenlos zubereiten. Dazu einfach auf dem Backpapier backen. SO bleibt sie nicht kleben.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mini-Quiches<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bereite Mini Quiches zu. Dazu einfach Muffin-F\u00f6rmchen verwenden.
