In nur 5 Minuten sind diese vorbereitet und werden lecker knusprig in deinem Ofen gebacken.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dank des Bl\u00e4tterteigs werden diese so unglaublich lecker. Wenn du keinen Bl\u00e4tterteig verwenden m\u00f6chtest, kannst du auch einen Hefeteig f\u00fcr zarte H\u00f6rnchen verwenden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr die Schokolade verwende ich gerne eine dunkle Schokolade mit mindestens 70% Schokoladenanteil. Noch besser ist eine 90 % Schokolade.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich bereite diese gerne zu als kleine Belohnung und Nascherei f\u00fcr zwischendurch zu. Super schnell zubereitet und bieten sich auch als Nachtisch an.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-mv-video\"><div class=\"mv-video-target mv-video-id-ouqvdozxgo3waro8evvt\" data-video-id=\"ouqvdozxgo3waro8evvt\" data-ratio=\"16:9\" data-volume=\"70\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"zutaten\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Zutaten&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hier m\u00f6chte ich dir einfach mal kurz auflisten, was wir f\u00fcr diese pflanzlichen Schokoladen-Croissants ben\u00f6tigen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die genauen Mengenangaben findest du weiter unten in der Rezeptkarte.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bl\u00e4tterteig oder Teig f\u00fcr Hefeh\u00f6rnchen&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schokolade&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquafaba (opt)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"substitutionen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Substitutionen&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-bl-tterteig\">Bl\u00e4tterteig<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich verwende gerne Bl\u00e4tterteig f\u00fcr die Croissants. Ich arbeite an einem \u00f6lfreien Bl\u00e4tterteigrezept. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst hier selbstgemachten aus Vollkornmehl zum Beispiel verwenden oder gekauften verwenden. Meist ist der gekaufte Bl\u00e4tterteig ohne Butter zubereitet. Vergewissere dich aber nochmal auf der Zutatenliste.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr meine Karotten im Schlafrock verwendete ich weichen H\u00f6rnchenteig, den du auch verwenden kannst.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieser Teig ist super weich und geht wunderbar auf. Der Hefeteig ist wie der Halbmond Teig, den Sie in Gesch\u00e4ften kaufen k\u00f6nnen. Und das Beste, was diese Version ist wfpb freundlich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-schokolade\">Schokolade<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Damit diese veganen Schokoladencroissants nicht langweilig werden, nehme einfach deine Lieblingsschokolade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bisher habe ich einfache dunkle Schokolade oder vegane Nougatschokolade genommen, damit du ein vegane Nougatcroissants herstellen kannst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich verwende gerne f\u00fcr die dunkle Schokolade 70-90% Schokolade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich kann mir auch gut vorstellen, dass ein Schokoladenpudding sehr gut damit schmeckt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-aquafaba\">Aquafaba<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du kein Aquafaba zur Hand hast und nicht extra eine Dose Kichererbsen \u00f6ffnen m\u00f6chtest, kannst du auch eine vegane Milchalternative verwenden und bestreichen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst das Bestreichen auch komplett weglassen, es k\u00f6nnte allerdings sein, dass sie nicht so golden werden wie bei mir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"1800\" data-pin-url=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/vegane-schokoladen-croissants\/?tp_image_id=14084\" src=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/croissants-7.jpg\" alt=\"Holding a vegan chocolate croissants with flaky layers\" class=\"wp-image-14084\" srcset=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/croissants-7.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/croissants-7-200x300.jpg 200w, https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/croissants-7-683x1024.jpg 683w, https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/croissants-7-768x1152.jpg 768w, https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/croissants-7-1024x1536.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/croissants-7-720x1080.jpg 720w, https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/croissants-7-360x540.jpg 360w, https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/croissants-7-180x270.jpg 180w, https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/croissants-7-150x225.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"variationen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Variationen&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Schauen wir uns einmal an wie du die Croissants anpassen kannst.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-zuckerfrei\">Zuckerfrei<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du ein zuckerfrei veganes Schokoladen Croissant machen m\u00f6chtest, empfehle ich dir den Bl\u00e4tterteig selber zu machen und anstelle von Schokolade zum Beispiel Schokopudding oder Schokodatteln zu verwenden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nussfrei\">Nussfrei<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Achte hier wieder auf die Zutatenliste der Schokolade sowie des Bl\u00e4tterteigs. Die meisten Bl\u00e4tterteige sind nussfrei.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-glutenfrei\">Glutenfrei<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Daf\u00fcr musst du glutenfreien Bl\u00e4tterteig verwenden. Nun nimm den d\u00fcnn ausgerollten Bl\u00e4tterteig und schneide diesen in l\u00e4ngliche Dreiecke. Du kannst kleine oder gro\u00dfe schneiden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lege nun einen Streifen Schokolade an die breite Kante und rolle das Dreieck nun auf.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die fertigen Croissants kannst du jetzt auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech legen. Kein Problem hier zeige ich dir auf wie du sie am besten aufbewahrst.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-wie-im-k-hlschrank-aufbewahren\">Wie im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahren?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahrt halten diese sich f\u00fcr ca. 4-5 Tage. Ich empfehle dir sie kurz vor dem Servieren nochmal kurz aufzubacken. So schmecken sie wie frisch gebacken.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-wie-einfrieren\">Wie einfrieren?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese lassen sich sehr gut einfrieren und einfach nochmal aufbacken vor dem Servieren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In einem luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter halten diese sich f\u00fcr ca. 4 Monate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"tipps\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Tipps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du einen gefrorenen Bl\u00e4tterteig verwendest, lasse diesen \u00fcber Nacht im K\u00fchlschrank auftauen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du Kichererbsen regelm\u00e4\u00dfig isst, bewahre einfach das Aquafaba in einer Dose im K\u00fchlschrank auf.
