Dann in etwa 1 cm dicke, mundgerechte St\u00fccke w\u00fcrfeln. Die Maisst\u00e4rke in eine Sch\u00fcssel mit Deckel geben. Den Tofu dazugeben und bei geschlossenem Deckel sch\u00fctteln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Damit sind alle Teile des Tofus mit Maisst\u00e4rke bedeckt, sollten aber nicht dick sondern nur d\u00fcnn bedeckt sein<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun das Mehl (ich nehme Vollkornmehl) mit dem Backpulver ordentlich vermengen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den Tofu zuerst in das Aquafaba und dann in die Mehlmischung tunken. Und auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech streichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt backen f\u00fcr ca. 15-20 Minuten bei 175 C, bis das Mehl au\u00dfen sch\u00f6n fest ist, k\u00f6nnte etwas l\u00e4nger dauern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Zutaten f\u00fcr die So\u00dfe verr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paprika w\u00fcrfeln und mit den Ananasw\u00fcrfeln in einer gro\u00dfen Pfanne oder einem gro\u00dfen Wok bei mittlerer Hitze anschwitzen und mit der Sauce abl\u00f6schen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun die knusprigen Tofust\u00fccke hinzugeben und kurz umr\u00fchren. Hier kommt der Blumenkohl ins Spiel. Blumenkohl ist einfach ein perfekter Ersatz f\u00fcr Tofu. Wir bereiten diesen glasierten Tofu auch mit Blumenkohl zu. S\u00fc\u00df-saurer Blumenkohl schmeckt himmlisch. Du bereitest es genau wie den Tofu zu. Anstatt den Tofu jedoch auszupressen, legst du ihn kurz ins Wasser, damit die Maisst\u00e4rke daran haften bleibt. Und wieder darauf achten, dass die Maisst\u00e4rke gerade am Blumenkohl h\u00e4ngt. Und dann geht es weiter mit Aquafaba und Mehl. Welche Saucen liebst du mit klebrigem Tofu?<\/li><li><strong>Mehl:<\/strong> Ich bevorzuge Vollkornmehl, aber du kannst auch andere Mehle wie glutenfreies Mehl, Kichererbsenmehl verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Sojasauce: <\/strong>Anstelle von Sojasauce Taramisauce oder Kokosaminos verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Sesamsamen<\/strong>: Anstelle von Sesamsamen kannst du Tahini verwenden. Ich liebe es, die Samen anstelle des Sesam\u00f6ls zu verwenden. Der ger\u00f6stete Sesam f\u00fcgt einen sch\u00f6nen Geschmack wie das \u00d6l hinzu.<\/li><li><strong>Maisst\u00e4rke<\/strong>: Statt Maisst\u00e4rke kannst du auch Kartoffelst\u00e4rke verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Ananassaft:<\/strong> Ich verwende gerne Ananassaft f\u00fcr diese s\u00fc\u00dfsaure Sauce. Du kannst stattdessen Ahornsirup oder Dattelpaste verwenden.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"variationen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" ><br>Variationen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>W\u00fcrzig:<\/strong> Wenn du deinen s\u00fc\u00df-sauren Tofu etwas w\u00fcrziger haben m\u00f6chtest, f\u00fcge einige rote Chiliflocken hinzu.<\/li><li><strong>Gem\u00fcse<\/strong>: F\u00fcge Pfannengem\u00fcse wie gr\u00fcne Bohnen hinzu. Es h\u00e4lt 5 Tage.<\/li><li><strong>Gefrierschrank:<\/strong> Du kannst die Sauce problemlos in gr\u00f6\u00dferen Mengen herstellen und einfrieren. Auf diese Weise hast du immer etwas Sauce zubereitet. Einfach am Vorabend auftauen. Alles beginnt mit bescheidenen Sojabohnen, die in eine cremige Pflanzenmilch umgewandelt werden. Diese Fl\u00fcssigkeit durchl\u00e4uft eine magische Chemie, wenn sie koaguliert und gepresst wird, um den k\u00f6stlichen wei\u00dfen Block zu bilden, den wir als Tofu kennen \u2013 genau wie K\u00e4se aus Kuhmilch.<\/p> <\/div> <div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1679601834750\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\">Ist S\u00fc\u00df-Sauer-Tofu glutenfrei?<\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\">Verleihe deiner S\u00fc\u00df-Saueren-Sauce eine glutenfreie Note!
