Hier habe ich ein super cremiges Griebreirezept f\u00fcr dich.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zutaten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Folgende Zutaten sind in diesem milchfreien Grie\u00dfbrei enthalten. Die genaue Mengenangabe findest du weiter unten in der Rezeptkarte.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pflanzliche Milch wie Mandelmilch, Hafermilch, Sojamilch<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kokoscreme<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Weichweizengrie\u00df<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahornsirup oder Dattelsirup&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zimt&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vanilleextrakt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rhabarber Erdbeer Kompott&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Erdbeeren&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rhabarber<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wasser<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speisest\u00e4rke&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vanilleextrakt&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was macht den Grie\u00dfbrei so cremig?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich wei\u00df nicht wie es dir geht, aber ich liebe alles cremige. Und so auch diesen cremigen veganen Grie\u00dfbrei und es ist gar nicht schwer diesen super cremig zuzubereiten.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Einzige, was du daf\u00fcr brauchst, ist Kokoscreme, der abgesetzte Teil der Kokosmilch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dazu stelle ich die Kokosmilch mindestens f\u00fcr 24 Std. in den K\u00fchlschrank, umso l\u00e4nger um so besser.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um ehrlich zu sein, habe ich immer Kokosmilch im K\u00fchlschrank f\u00fcr spontane Aktionen wie bei diesem veganen Grie\u00dfbrei.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du Kokoscreme kaufen kannst, kannst du auch anstelle von Kokosmilch auch direkt Kokocreme verwendet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Weizenfreie und Glutenfreie Alternative<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du den veganen Grie\u00dfbrei ohne Weizen herstellen m\u00f6chtest, kannst du z.B. Dinkelgrie\u00df verwenden. Diesen solltest du in jedem gut sortierten Supermarkt finden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Deutschland greife ich gerne auf Dinkelgrie\u00df als Weizenalternative zur\u00fcck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich muss sagen hier in den USA ist es schwer Dinkelprodukte zu finden, und manchmal vermisse ich sie doch ganz sch\u00f6n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst den laktosefreien Grie\u00dfbrei ziemlich einfach in glutenfrei zubereiten. Dazu empfehle ich dir Maisgrie\u00df zu verwenden. Auch bekannt als Polenta. So bekommst du eine tolle cremige Griebreialternative, die geschmacklich in nichts dem klassischen Grie\u00dfbrei nachsteht.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kokoscreme Alternative<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du keinen Kokos verwenden m\u00f6chtest, kannst du nat\u00fcrlich auch eine andere Alternative verwenden, um einen cremigen Grie\u00dfbrei in vegan zuzubreiten.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zum einen kannst du selbsgemachte Cashewcreme verwenden. Dazu mixe ich zu gleichen Teilen Cashews und Wasser in einem Hochleistungsmixer. Dazu nehme ungesalzene und rohe Cashews. Diese sind geschmacksneutral und machen ein Gericht sehr cremig.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst nat\u00fcrlich auch eine andere vegane Sahne zur\u00fcckgreifen. Nun gebe den Hartweizengrie\u00df hinzu. Und lasse es unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren auf mittlerer Hitze aufkochen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Achte darauf, dass der Grie\u00dfbrei nicht am Boden anbrennt. Koche den Grie\u00dfbrei f\u00fcr ca 5-10 Minuten.Der Grie\u00dfbrei sollte eindicken.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zuckerfreier Rhabarber Erdbeer Kompott&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Gebe die kleingeschnittenen Erdbeeren und den kleingeschnittenen Rhabarber in einen zweiten Topf und koche diese mit etwas Wasser auf.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verr\u00fchre die Speisest\u00e4rke mit 2 EL Wasser. Gebe diese nun unter R\u00fchren zu den Erdbeeren und Rhabarber, damit der Kompott andickt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Serviere es in einer Sch\u00fcssel. Gebe zuerst den Grie\u00dfbrei hinein und dann das Kompott obendrauf.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kann ich den veganen Grie\u00dfbrei auch im Voraus vorbereiten?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst den Grie\u00dfkoch auch vorher zubereiten. Genie\u00dfe den Grie\u00df sp\u00e4ter kalt und gebe einfach das warme Kompott dar\u00fcber. Beachte dabei nur das der Brei kalt fester wird.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kalten Grie\u00dfbrei erw\u00e4rmen<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Gebe den K\u00fchlschrank mit etwas veganer Milch in einen Topf und erhitze den Grie\u00dfbrei langsam mit etwas Milch. Vergesse dabei nicht umzur\u00fchren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Einfrieren<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich w\u00fcrde sagen ja. Habe es aber noch nicht selbst ausprobiert. Da der Grie\u00dfbrei schnell zubereitet ist, bereite ich diesen in der Regel frisch zu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um den Grie\u00dfbrei einzufrieren, einfach den Brei portionsweise in einem gefriersicheren Beh\u00e4lter einfrieren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gefrorenen Grie\u00dfbrei erw\u00e4rmen<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Lasse den Grie\u00dfbrei im K\u00fchlschrank \u00fcber Nacht auftauen. Und erhitze ihn wie oben beschrieben in einem Topf mit etwas Milch. Wiederhole es bis der Grie\u00dfbrei sch\u00f6n cremig ist.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Gebe etwas aufgeschlagenes Kichererbsenwasser oder auch bekannt als Aquafaba in den Grie\u00dfbrei um es luftiger zu machen. Dabei lasse den Grie\u00dfbrei erst etwas abk\u00fchlen, damit der vegane Eischnee nicht zusammenf\u00e4llt.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Grie\u00dfbrei hat einen relativ hohen Protein- und Ballaststoffgehalt.
